Excellent staff that welcomes you at every turn. Rooms are quite for such a busy area of the city. Very close to the train station-convenient and easy to maneuver. A new grocery store is connected to the hotel now too, which is very helpful.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpfull. Despite the Covid measures a decent breakfast. Very good location near station and metro. Furniture in the room is a bit outdated, but still in good condition. Alcohol gel present in many places.

Perfect hotel for accessing Milano Centrale Train Station - just a 2-3 minute walk away. Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Houses an excellent bar for an aperitivo before heading out for dinner. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It’s not a Hilton. Also not worth the Hilton name. Rooms are old. Bathroom is old and leaking all over. The staff is not professional. My partner was later than me from city and had no key. I was a sleep in the room. Reception didn’t called me and told her that I have checked out!!! And would not let her get in the room. She was checked in and had the same rights as me. And how you get in your mind to say that I have left and checked out?! After lots of fuzz she got a key and got into room. Breakfast fast is just bad and restaurant is understaffed. The will give you everyday the wrong order and late. I won’t stay here again.

This hotel always exceeds our expectations! We were afraid with CoVid restrictions and no lounge access our stay might not be as great as in the past..NOT TRUE! The staff are always so nice and go out of their way to make everything special. The lounge was closed but they served drinks in the bar from 5 to 7 with awesome little individual snacks for each person. Breakfast was fantastic with made to order everything and again with exceptional service. The hotel is very clean and we felt safe during our entire stay…many thanks and we will be back!
