very Nice Hotel

Stayed in the Brianza for 2 nights, receptionist was very helpful and polite, room was spotlessly clean, we stayed in room 210 which has a very large patio. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is very good, close to the metro, and Linate airport is only €25 in a taxi. I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.
Nice and friendly place

We stayed two nights for a weekend-trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could go to our room very early and leave the luggage on our departure day for hours. Breakfast with a decent choice. Spacious room, clean and with everything you need. Its near the centre and near to public transport. Staying in a big city always means some noise, which did not bother us. We would come back to stay.
Clean, comfortable and friendly

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was exactly what we were after. Our room was immaculate and the staff were friendly. There is a tram stop directly outside (routes 1 and 33). However, this does mean it's rather noisy from 5am, but it didn't bother us. If you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs!
Reservation Cancelled without warning

I’ve never been here (luckily at this point) but I had a reservation which was cancelled without warnings a week before the arrival. The problem was with my credit card which expired without I known. (It was an old card connected to booking.com). What I expect in these cases is that you call me or send me an email before messing my life up. I would have done a bank transfer right away. I actually discovered through booking.com just with the “canceled” notification. The extremely bad behavior was that when I called for fixing the thing: they sent me the prices doubled. I understand that you want to get the most but try another way. It’s ridiculous that you cannot offer the same price, for the same room to the same persons that had that few hours before, especially if you didn’t care to warn in first place. What kind of customer service you have? Totally pissed, we struggled to find another place and not mess the hole plan/trains/flights for that weekend.
No need to try

There is no elevator at this time! You should climb two floors with your luggages. Bed is not comfortable! There is noise of tram. The location might be a reason but sure there are many others to check!
