What a Gem

This small hotel is a gem. It is very centrally located, but on a quiet side street with very few cars. The layout includes lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. We stayed in the Duomo Suite, which was super clean, had great light due to the floor to ceiling windows and even included a private back patio. Everyone here went out of their way to make our four night stay enjoyable. The staff are superb. The complementary evening cocktail was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was outstanding, local treats, great coffee of course, and delicious ripe fruit. The front desk staff kindly answered our many questions. It was always a pleasure to return here after a long day exploring Milano!

Good little place

Stayed a night in a standard room. Room was really clean, shame that in room temperature couldn’t be adjusted, it was too hot for me. No tea/coffee making kit in room (normally in suite only for this hotel) but can get hot drinks from the bar, though they put a kettle in my room anyway when I asked because they had a spare, nice little gesture :) Thank you to the staff also, they were friendly and helpful, nice and kind from check-in, I felt they were really willing to help rather than just because it’s their jobs. Location is convenient, short walk to main attractions and easy to get to the the central train station.

This hotel is amazing in all terms. Location is very central. The staff is very kind and friendly . Rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. The gym is also very nice but we didn’t use it that much. Food ( I can only judge by breakfast) is very fresh and tasty.

First and foremost, Anna and Andy made our stay very comfortable. But it’s even more. Literally everyone were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly. Just in the middle between Duomo and a Castle. Rooms were clean, comfortable and new. Breakfast was fantastic! You won’t be disappointed. Definitely coming back soon!

not even close to worth it, rude staff

I don't often write bad reviews but we had a terrible experience here. We stayed in the suite, and it felt dirty and not nearly worth what we paid for it. More importantly, the staff here were unorganized and rude. A woman named Sandra checked us in at the front desk and I was shocked by unpleasant she was when we were trying to understand how the parking worked. I've never had an experience like that with anyone in the hospitality industry. We were helped by another woman when we checked out who wasn't rude but just disorganized and uninterested. The only positive about this hotel was the location, but I wished we had spent half the money and stayed at the place next door.
