Ideal for a short visit of Chinatown

Only a 2 minutes walk away from the main shopping road of Chinatown - ideal if you want to visit or do business there. We appreciated the private parking garage. We reserved a suite (as we were together with our son) which proved to be spacious and clean, however in rather old decoration style with plush furniture, wall to wall carpet etc. Unfortunately TV did not work, but the daily rate was very reasonable. Although situated right off Chinatown it was quite calm during the night.

Nice position, but not the cleanest hotel

We arrived at the hotel on the 24th, we planned to stay one night and go visit other places like Como, and lake Maggiore, but because the distances between places were so small and fast to travel we ended staying for 4 nights, and changed the room one time. In our first room the toilet was not working properly, and water was leaking out of it s side, we mentioned the problem, but we were supposed to leave for Como anyway, and check-ed out, but came back and checked-in again in the evening and took another room. This room was much nicer looking but had the same hygiene problems, if you looked behind everything it was really dirty, a lot of dust, and a lot of things in the room were damaged. Another point to say is that the parking is not free for guests as it is said on booking, it s actually 17euro a day. I mention that we paid 188e per night and 17 for parking, we expected that the hotel would be much cleaner. Most of the hotel s restaurant staff did not know any English and it was really hard to order, the brought us the wrong order for 2 times in a row. The room's mattress was really good, and the room temperature was spot on. The hotel s location is wy it is so appealing, it s in the heart of china town Milan, a lot of good places to eat, buzzling night life, were close to Sempione park, the Triumph Arch, and about 2 km from the Dome.

Super Stay!

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel to stay. Every room has a sofa which is a great addition to any room and welcomed, rooms are large and great mattresses ensure a great nights sleep. Preferred rooms internally as quieter than on street side. Any issues were resolved at earliest convenience. Every member of staff at the hotel go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. The Reception Team became like family and nothing was too much to assist us in every way possible, Carola (Superstar!) Alessandro & Luisa (Both very kind and friendly) and of course, sincere Mr Erik, are an amazing team who offer 5 star service with a personal, friendly and caring touch. They made us feel very special and home from home during our stay. The cleaning team greet you every morning and go out of their way to make your room and provide anything you need during your stay. Great towels and robes! The hotel is in a great location too in China Town, a short walk from Sempione, and several trams stops within 5 minutes walk in all directions of the city. Via Paolo Scarpi have some great places to eat, the Ravioli are a must at the take away and enjoy a cappuccino at Montesana. We can’t wait to return to Milan in safer times and we will certainly be returning to this hotel when we return. We look forward to seeing you all soon. Rudeness and irresponsible

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Worst reception service I have ever met. This feedback is reinterpretation of "Двойная оплата и вранье" feedback, but in English. I have booked room in Hotel Leanordo Milano 5 month before my trip and the room was pre-paid two months before with my virtual credit card. The pre-payment was confirmed from Hotel representative side. When I arrived to the hotel, receptionist ask me to pay the City Tax with the same credit card. I wasn't warned about this and I asked if I can do another payment with my physical card and refund the previous one, because my virtual card doesn't allow to do terminal payments. The receptionist confirm that this option works and also promised to me refund the pre-payment on next day morning. After this I was charged full room price (once again). On next day receptionist told that cancellation wasn't done for some reason and also mentioned that "it is my fault, cause that is obviously that I should have the same card" On next day during phone calls receptionist told, that "Actually your pre-payment was refused from your side, but we are not going to charge you, because you already paid when checked in" (despite the pre-payment was confirmed from Hotel side as I mentioned above) Only when I did several calls, provided my bank pre-payment confirmation (they didn't even request it), they just send me the refund bill without any apologizes. Phrases "It is your fault" and "It is obviously" confirms that receptionists do not understand how to communicate with guests. Reception management is absolutely rude and irresponsible, bedsheets are with yellow spots, breakfast is poor, rooms are cold. It is definitely worst hotel I have ever been (experience ~30 hotels) Reservation # 980003536

Nice Hotel

This is a great hotel close to the city center. It was a bit odd though being in a China town in Italy. None the less I would recommend it and stay here again. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too, buy Italian standards.
