Excellent hotel with superb staff

The hotel is located in a really lovely area of Milan, well connected with public transport and all amenities (bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket) are nearby.
The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful for anything you might need during your stay, but not intrusive (which is something I truly appreciate). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and above all no carpet! The breakfast is lovely too.
Hope to come back very soon!
Elegant Modern Italian Design Meets Comfort, Cleanliness, and Quality

Immaculate. Also, architecturally modern and stylish with warming accents, beamed ceilings, hard surface flooring (no carpet!), large rooms, enough amenities (TV in living & bedroom, plenty of closets and storage, luxurious 4-piece bath w/ walk-in shower with rain-head and sprayer), it's just really nice and a good value, too.
HOWEVER! To top it off, the interior designer is also an artist, and the hotel lobby, adjacent "Petit Cafe," and the rooms themselves are exhibitions of the artists' work, adding another dimension to the experience and making the visit here uniquely special.
0.8 miles to the Museo Nazionale della Scienza, surrounded by lots of perfectly fine eateries at all price points, a grocery store and laundromat a few blocks away (gelateria right across the street!), and in the heart of the "Pop-Up" district, this hotel is truly a great, great find!

I have been invited to spend a night in this property. An unbelievable and unforgettable experience, amazing location, stunning architecture (casa di ringhiera). Really nice staff and then rooms with a cool design. To recommend
“Kleenex is not one of our Amenities”

Beautiful, Modern, Clean, Spacious, and a very kind staff. Really cool design, and rooms were set up comfortably and very clean.
All the front desk people, and bar waiters were always kind and friendly.
Sounds perfect right?! It easily could be.
First night there after being pleasantly surprised with the room. I took a shower in the nice bathroom.
There is no fan. Or any exhaust we could find. (And no window)
When I got out of shower I realized there was only one hook to hang two bathrobes, and two bath towels.
Then I needed a Kleenex....No Kleenex.
The complimentary hot beverage bar and water.
It had two cups, two spoons, four coffee pods, ONE creamer, and ONE bottle of water. (They were kind to finally put enough for two guests on the third morning after I finally said something.)
The second day in the morning I asked at the front desk for Kleenex. They said they ordered but it hasn’t arrived. That afternoon when we returned to the hotel, I asked again about the Kleenex. The manager was there, he and the girl at the front desk again said they ordered but hadn’t arrived.
I’m thinking to myself, is this ridiculous. Go to the supermarket and buy some Kleenex. Is this a One Star Hotel or Four? Absurd. Especially since I had asked now for two days.
Third day. Still no Kleenex. I asked again on my way out for the day. A different girl. Very kind. ‘I’m sorry sir, Kleenex are not one of our amenities.’ (Are you kidding.) ‘I’m sorry we don’t offer Kleenex at the hotel.’
So the manager and front desk girl for two days told me they had ordered and were waiting.
The third day, the front desk girl said they never have Kleenex.
Kleenex is not one of our Amenities. 😐
Great restaurant, great service, happy staff

The hotel is wonderful. It’s clean and modern. The only thing missing is a fitness center. The staff has been super helpful and they have all the charm that Italians are known for. The Petit Cafe, located in the hotel, has a great breakfast and is good for a light dinner (salad, sandwich and wine). Mattia was a fantastic server. It was a slow night, so we had time to converse. He was super friendly and patient when I tried to speak a (very) few words in Italian. I would recommend this place, especially for someone traveling on business.
