Una excelente opción para las personas que viajan de negocios en el area de Minden o Carson, NV. Habitaciones amplias, frigo-bar en la habitación, el hotel cuenta con alberca y Jaccuzzi techados con calefacción.

Prices are becoming outrageous

I have been going there for years. Well kept ,good service. They are about to lose my business because theor prices are becoming outrageous. Rooms have steadily gone up 10-20$ per year. What used to be 120$ is now 240$ in a little bit more than 5 years. You get a 2 stars bland room for the price of a 5 stars luxury hotel in a European capital. It’s a ripoff now.

All around disappointment

This hotel does not have daily housekeeping. And although they advertise having a hot tub, it has been out of service indefinitely. Yet, they charge full price for the room. I was in room 324. The evening I checked in I begin to wonder if the room had even been serviced after the last guest. All of the bathroom supplies were empty. There was even a dirty, used bar of soap in the shower. If you must stay here, insist on a room as far away from the elevator and ice machine as possible. All night long, about once an hour, there's an explosion of noise as the ice machine deposits what must be about 5 lb of ice into the bin.

I don't usually click the Excellent button for reviews, but this hotel was worth it. The value proposition made sense, the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was meh but I don't expect something stellar at a hotel for breakfast. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in years, but this stay is making me rethink that choice going fwd.

We were scammed and the Manager didn't care

We were planning our stops for our journey home from Arizona and called this hotel for availability and rates. I asked the reservation clerk to confirm her quote twice. When I called her back to place the reservation I confirmed with her what all the charges would be and she said yes that is what she could give us the room for. Well when we went to check out it was $40 over the amount quoted on the telephone. I asked the clerk at the desk about the over charge. She said no manager was on duty on weekends and I would have to pay and take it up with the manager on Monday. I called the manager when we returned home. She said she could hardly believe that the clerk quoted me $40 dollars less because she had worked for her almost 2 years. She would not issue a credit. I am a man of integrity and she basically called me a liar. So a helpful hint to all of you be sure and have them email or text you a confirmation when you place a reservation. I am annal about writing things down and repeating them so there is no misunderstanding. The manager is Ms. Lang. Beware!!!!!!!
