Very clean and well-maintained, the amenities are at a high standard, and the customer service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it as an excellent value and a safe and healthy experience in that beautiful community.

This IS a two star motel so if you're expecting "white glove" extensive amenities and exquisite conditions keep looking. If you're simply looking for an inexpensive place to "crash" for a day or three, it's excellent. The room and building itself were VERY clean and well organized, the beds were firm but excellent, the room A/C was great, and the continental breakfast was certainly adequate-especially given Covid circumstances. The stool/tub and shower area needed a little TLC-minor caulking issues, etc. and was VERY small. A number of electrical outlets needed to be replaced as they were quite loose as far as holding in an electric plug. The location was excellent...RIGHT off highway 53 and next door to an excellent family style restaurant. If I was to make a trip back to "The Falls" again where I needed a room for a few days, this WOULD probably be my first choice as it is quite good for the money.

Didn't make sure I was the correct person checking in. Was locked out for hours because of no power. Was charged extra money although it was a minimum fee for smoking when I thought it was a smoking room as it didn't state it was non smoking online nor anywhere in or outside of the room.

I would stay again but ... things were just a little loose -- no real breakfast and the doors were unlocked 24/7. Wifi was fine, liked that the windows could open, liked the HVAC control, and it was clean enough.

Family visit during Covid

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. Was not sure what to expect traveling during Covid times. Was pleasantly surprised to find our accommodations were enhanced due to it. We had extra towels, a refrigerator, coffee pot with extra coffee, and access to microwave. The staff was courtesy and helpful, provided us extra serving items because we ate meals in our room. Would definitely stay there again!
