Extremely disappointed with my stay. Ended up leaving at 3am due to a live and nast tick that was in the bed. Prior to this experience there was dirt in the bed and small crumbs. Not a great experience

The only saving grace of this hotel was the restaurant staff (amazing and accommodating) and some of the front desk staff. Rooms were awful, the mattress extremely old, sagging in the middle and hard as a rock. Pillows were old, lumpy and smelled, had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. It's a super convenient location but there are other options next door and a much nicer and cleaner Hilton at the other end of the street, about 1 mile away. I'm a big Marriott fan but will not stay at this hotel again.
Straightforward, somewhat bland hotel but in a very convenient location.

Here on business, with meetings all within walking distance so a good location with good public transport links. Room service menu quick and good quality. Breakfast was fine, with plenty of choice. Staff attentive and helpful.

I came into the hotel on business was going to do some interviews in the resteraunt and stay at the hotel. Front desk lady was quite nice. I let her know that I would be doing interviews in the restaurant if anybody was looking for me and that I would come back after my first interview was done to book my room for the evening I only got there 20 minutes before my first interview I went to the restaurant and let them know that I would be doing interviews and that I needed a table for three and yes that I would be purchasing lunch for my assistant and I and the waiter basically was unable to assist me and had to go get his manager the manager tried to sell me on a expensive private dining room which I didn't require I only needed a table where I can eat lunch and do a couple of interviews They refused to allow me to do this the manager said that I could eat lunch there if I wanted which i thought was awful generous of them however any interviews would have to be done in their Lobby Business Center Had to sit there and argue with a very unhelpful manager who told me this is policy well my first interview was waiting so I did my first interview Called holiday inn across the street and decided I was going to go across the street to the Holiday Inn where this was not a problem at all, did my interviews there and stayed there I tried to call the general manager of 4 points to speak to him before I left to see if this could be resolved he was however too busy to speak to me the manager who had been giving me a hard time came out after me as I left and indicated that you know next time if I check in first they may have had a different response to me it should makes no damn difference whether I check in first or not and to treat me like that it's ridiculous even if they had said at the beginning to me if you check-in sir and you are ordering lunch I would be happy to accommodate you I would have checked in but the behaviour here was ridiculous I stay at a lot of hotels for my job I'm off to Ottawa tomorrow I love sheratons (with this exception) the one in downtown Toronto is excellent I highly recommended it This is the first time I've ever been in to Four Points Sheraton and been very disappointed

I planned to spend new year 2020 vacations here. Selected the most expensive room. Seriously disappointed with the cleaning standard. First day found candies, hair pin & sex toy on floor. The carpet was not vaccumed. Second day they did proper cleaning when I insisted. Found floor carpet wet second day after house keeping. It took 2 hours to dry with blower & i had to sit in lobby. 3rd day room had insect after cleaners ledt. The hotel is semi serviced one so bell boy services are not available. New Year instead of making bed they took out the comforter & threw it on bed. On complaint the front desk said that the staff has left. I am not coming back here.
