Hot rooms!
This is a very nice hotel property. Staff is very friendly as well. I noticed that my room was very hot even with the air conditioning on. I would suggest if you like to sleep in a cold air conditioned room - book elsewhere. The floors themselves are also very warm with what seems to be no air conditioning as well. I would give this place a second chance in the winter.
Perfect stay
RM 616, 139.99$ for the night and parking for 8 days what a deal! Big tv, king size bed , big room. Room is in great condition. Awesome shower, comfortable bed. Super clean. Great heating/AC. Decent wifi. Airport shuttle 24 hr. Every 30 minute. Friendly staff. Parking in the basement. All around great stay and great deal
Excellent customer service
Excellent experience. I booked online last minute because a pipe burst in my condo. Needless to say I arrived distressed. Raagavy was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Not only did she place me in a quiet, clean and comfortable room but went above and beyond to let me know all of my options in terms of ammenities, directions and suggestions for food. It's hard enough to encounter situations like these in a world without a pandemic, but with great people like Raagavy I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.
Very good.
Stayed two nights, the night before our vacation and and after we got back on a late flight. Left the car at the parking. The first night we had a room that was renovated. Very nice. Mattress was good, could use some better pillows. The last night we were upgraded to a suite, also very nice, and also renovated. Thank you! The airco/heat is very noisy, but we just turned it off. Nice to have coffee in the room and also in the lobby. Convenient shuttle with friendly drivers. Stayed here before and always very friendly and helpful staff. very close to the airport. Food and drinks a bit pricey.
This is not a Hilton Garden Hotel
This Hotel is pretending to be a Hilton Garden Inn, but it does not not measure up to the Hilton standards. It is obvious that this Hotel use to belong to another chain that had a lower standard of quality than Hilton. The room has minimal budget furniture, only one bedside lamp, no safe for valuables, and an older style of bathroom. The standard of this Hotel belongs to a Hampton Inn and not to a Hilton Garden Inn. In fact, for the money the Hampton Inn next door is a better value than this Hilton Garden Inn, as it is cheaper with the same quality. Do not stay here for the high price being charged, find a Hampton or F airfield Inn instead for a cheaper price.
