We loved everything about Laurel EXCEPT this hotel 😬 We were supposed to stay here during our last night in town but after 5 seconds in the room, we turned around and left...preferring to drive the 9 hours straight through than to sleep here! The room was thick with the smell of cigarette smoke, the 3rd full bed was gone and in its place was a twin with athe original full headboard still, the blankets were covered in stains and tears, the carpet was disgusting, there were bugs in the bathroom, the paint was peeling off the door, and the mattresses were AWFUL. So we forfeited our reservation and slept in the van with 5 kids on way home in order to avoid any exposure to whatever it is happened in our reserved room. We are Wyndham rewards members and the funny thing is that when you call their customer service line, an automated message plays about the EXTRA measures of cleanliness their hotels offer with everything being about Covid. Well this hotel missed the mark or that memo about ANY expectations of cleanliness at all, even basic, common sense ones. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving!!!!
Needs major update and improvement

Sheets and towels were not clean. Black stains on each. The comforters on the bed also had unknown and numerous stains of various colors. Most of the lamps in the room were broken and so was the light over the vanity sink in the bathroom. Several outlets had no power. People decided to yell and curse outside of our room until the wee hours of the morning. Hotel management does not do anything to keep noise down or their patrons feel safe. Not much breakfast to speak of and little to no amenities plus internet kept going out. Only plusses were the cable has more channels than most and the bathroom is spacious. Otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere when in the area.
Not the greatest.

Where do I start. The place is not horrible but it is old and hasn’t been kept up that well. It’s on a very noisy street and the gap in the door doesn’t help keep much noise out. Also there was paper to block the peep hole. Room was clean but carpet was in rough shape. Neighborhood is a little rough, but a lot of the town is this way. Had a couple of guys hanging out in the parking lot late taking and being fairly loud. Won’t stay here again but if you want cheap and don’t plan to be in the room long go for it.

The room was not cleaned and the linen smelled like cigarette smoke! I had to leave a note for housekeeping to clean and sweep! My key card would stop working every time I left the room! There was no iron or ironing board in the room you had to get it from the office! It was awful! No TERRIBLE!!
Strongly Recommend To Stay Away

The staff was rude as can be. 1.The room was dirty and out if order. 2.The toilet didn't work or even had a lid to the tank. 3.Crap literally on the walls. 4. Blood on the curtains and walls. 5.Holes in the walls. Contacted the office and was kicked out.
