Inflexible and rude

You know, this place is probably fine, but don't ever try to work with the manager. The one I spoke to (through the receptionist, because she wouldn't get on the phone with me), was unreasonable and rude. Here's the situation....We made a reservation last fall with this hotel through Expedia for a one night stay in June. Our plans needed to change, and the Expedia site says they don't charge cancellation fees unless the hotel does. So, I called the hotel to see if I could work out something with them, and they flatly refused. The manager wouldn't even talk about it or get on the phone with me. So, buyer - beware. The rude inflexibility of the manager was uncalled for and certainly no way to win a good review. They got my money, but not my respect.

Rooms are disgusting, previous guests garbage was left in the bathroom along a used washed cloth left in the shower . Clean sheets were questionable. Wouldn’t recommend staying here ever. Front desk lady didn’t respond to any complaints!

This hotel is very disappointing. My husband and I are not to happy. The halls have stained carpet and walls, the stairs are so dirty, I found a big clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Not a very nice part of town. I’m a little scared for my car out in the parking lot. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. A big ripoff.

We reserved before traveling at this motel. It was efficient, clean and nice. There was a Mc Donald's right next door. We walked around and found a (partially opened) river walk. There was a minor league baseball game across the river that looked fun. Some wore masks, some didn't in town and hotel. Was given a huge bag of food for breakfast that lasted us for lunch as well.
Not bad. The main difficulty for me was that the bed was hard as stone slab.

I have a chronic pain condition and am not on pain management medications. The bed was too hard and the pillows needed replacement with better, newer ones. They were down-filled and flat. For me, the place was too loud. But my room was located in a high-traffic area. As usual, as with the other hotels on my Missoula trip, coffee is hard to keep stocked. It is Covid time after all.
