Great places to stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean, inexpensive, and great staff! Everyone we talked to were very pleasant and helpful. Especially Tristan he took great care of us and our 2 yorkies we brought and Sydney got us anything we needed at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at.
Awful! Go somewhere else.

This hotel is disgusting. It smells. Our room was not clean. All the bedding looked like it had been slept in. There were dirty towels hanging on the shower curtain. The tub was not cleaned. Forget the breakfast...we were so grossed out we were not going to trust the food and left as soon as we could. Do yourself a favor...spend a little more $ and enjoy your stay elsewhere.

I recently had a 6-night stay at FairBridge Inn & Suites in Missoula, MT, and I was so impressed! The room I stayed in was the most ADA-compliant room I’ve ever seen in this kind of property—I wasn’t in a wheelchair, but everything (light switches, door peephole for example) was wheelchair height. When I checked in, there was an unexpected complication which the manager, David McManus, and the desk clerk (I wish I had gotten his name) worked to get it all squared away. The room was clean, quiet, and well-laid out. Definitely a high recommendation from me! Corinne F. Bloomington, MN

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but I have to say the best thing about this place was Tristan at the front desk! He was friendly, helpful, and made checking in at the end of a long day much more pleasant than expected.
Don’t do it!

We booked online and seriously, need a button to add pets for a few. I have a rabbit and was up front at the desk during check in and paid for room of rate I received online. After taking up luggage and rabbit cage etc...the check in clerk said that he must charge me an additional fee of $16.00 plus tax for the rabbit. I didn’t mind however I was up front about the pet and would have liked to have known the additional charges before booking online. Our room was okay however the coffee pot was never cleaned from the previous person(s). Still had dirty filter with grounds. Food debris was against the walls and under bed. Towels had holes in them. I understand the pandemic has been harsh on businesses but I just want a clean room to feel confident and safe in. As for sleep, bring ear plugs! The locals seem to like to speed and rev up engines all hours of the day/night. People are not very friendly as well in town and don’t like to share to road. Good luck in staying in this part of town.
