Comfortable place to stay

Stayed here for a few days while exploring the National Parks. Good location although it's on the busy main highway. The breakfast room was tiny. I took my food back to the room. The laundry was handy, clean, 2 washers, 2 dryers. My only concern was with the return of dirty towels. In order to get clean towels you had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk. That doesn't seem sanitary. I handed my dirty towels to the lady at the desk, she took them & put them in a bin in the back room, then without washing her hands she handed me new towels & then waited on another customer waiting at the desk. There was hand sanitizer right there on the desk that she should have used. Maybe a class on hand sanitation is needed for employees. Otherwise a nice stay.
Charging resort prices for a hotel that is anything but resort.

The hotel staff was polite and friendly but the price was over the top for what you got. Our room had a dirty bathroom floor, wrinkly sheets and wrinkly curtains, a picture missing off the wall. Sheets were of a poor quality.

Beware of booking at this hotel. The manager-on-duty on 5/31/2021 has zero customer service knowledge and has no business being in a position that requires empathy at the highest level. I am a Diamond member for Choice Hotels and travel 200 days out of the year and he refused to refund one night stay for me. I had booked at the other Quality Inn in Moab (near Arches Natl. Park) and they refunded my money, no problem and even said "thank you for being a Diamond member." I booked both nights as non-refundable and I found out last second the reason I was traveling to Moab was being moved to a different date. I understand "policies" are in-place so people won't constantly cancel last second, but that is the role of a good manager. They are able to evaluate each situation and make the right decision to earn REPEAT VISITS. I will not stay at this hotel and either will any of my travel partners. Rethink how you do business, Ray.
Clean and Convenient

Rooms were recently upgraded and based on the decorating supplies next to the ice machine the common areas are next. The carpet on the stairs was worn but the other areas were clean. The staff was friendly and the location was super. Close to Arches, Canyonland and Dead Horse Point. The price was reasonable as well.
Hotel close to Arches entrance

The best bit of this of this hotel was the location. It was only less than 15 minutes from Arches National Park entrance, and, about half an hour from Canyonland. It is convenient to use it to visit both. The hotel is a clean basic two star hotel. Due to COVID, the only breakfast available is bags of oatmeal and bags of muffins. There are restaurants nearby and Moab Brewery is 5 minutes away. Price is reasonable. Pets are allowed. I would use it when I return
