They staff did not inform me that the hot water did not work. Avoid if you can they they charge me twice for an awful stay. The front desk staff was rude. The kitchen staff saved my stay very friendly.
Poorly run and managed

Check in, not offered water and snack as a diamond member. Could not operate shower. 2 housekeepers came in, one did not know how to operate it. Business center either out of order or closed do to virus, they could not decide. Air filters in hvac unit was disgustingly filthy. Finally, management stinks. Don't bother with this dump.

Zero hot water. Literally zero Staff did not care at all Room was not clean Wouldn’t stay here again no matter what! They need to improve on soooo much. But first, have hot water for your guests. Next clean the rooms.
Don’t Stay Here

I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns in many different states and this was the worst. Room was filled with cigarette smoke, bed was very uncomfortable and room wasn’t very clean. The only good thing about this place was staff was friendly.
Cant believe Hampton Inn has their name on this place

We stay at Hampton Inns often and I can honestly say this isnthe worst one weve ever stayed at. The lobby and breakfast area looks nice but the rooms are worse than an old Days Inn Family Inns. Our ceiling had a huge spot of mold from the roof leaking. The pillows were flat. Just a couple of thin bed covers. The furniture was beaten up. The bathroom had yellow spots all over the ceiling. It looked like grease but was probably some type of mold. The breakfast was fine. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, apples and bananas. The pool was a plain pool but we didnt use it. I would not expect this kind of room when you are paying the prices of a Hilton or Marriott chain. Travelers beware! It is nasty! Hilton, please pull your name off of this hotel!
