Lovely town!
Very good location, near the city centre and near the bus station (we came by bus from Bologna airport) Very friendly and helfpfull staff, at the reception as well as at the breakfast. Large room and bathroom. There was no safe in the room.
Good hotel
We were here for 4 nights, but were initially booked in for 6 nights. We cut our stay short, not because of the hotel but because of the location and the walking involved to get into the heart of Modena. The hotel is in a good location and central Modena is within walking distance, however 2 of our family group could not walk very far due to mobility problems and that did cause an issue. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were relatively friendly, although I did not find them as friendly and accommodating as other reviewers. The double room was a fair size, and whilst the decor was a little dated, it certainly did the job. Bathroom was okay although shower was tiny, no room to wash your hair or shave legs. There was a mini bar but no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was average. I would probably stay again.
Good hotel; helpful staff
Well positioned hotel situated 10-15 minutes walk from the historic centre of Modena. Despite arriving quite early we were given a room by the helpful reception staff member who also provided useful information for our visit. Our room was comfortable and clean - we had a good nights sleep. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Free street parking immediately outside the hotel with a permit obtained from reception.
Charming small downtown hotel
Very good location, 500 m from the Piazza Principale, right out of the limited traffic centro storico zone. Small, but very clean and comfy room. Good breakfast. Parking right at the hotel entrace. Kind and professional staff.
Fantastic Front Desk Service!
My experience at the CPH was made 100x better by their front desk employee Beatrice. She is outstanding and truly saved my entire trip by locating a lost item for me. She should be commended for her service.
