Limpio, Buena atencion, cerca del aeropuerto. Personal te resuelve cualquier problema que tengas, por ejemplo mi tarjeta no fue aceptada a la llegada, y la señorita de front desk me resolvió el problema aunque no habia garantia de por medio me asigno una habitacion. Al otro dia todo estaba resuelto.

Quick stay and the hotel was okay. Had to leave a review for the customer service though. Steven was working the front desk and he was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and recommending places and went above and beyond to assist!!

This is one of the worst hotel stays we've ever experienced. The hotel is very worn with paint rubbed off the railings and floors that creak when you walk down the halls. First thing we noticed about our room was you had to lift up on the handle of the door to lift the door to get the door open/closed--you cannot just shut it normally. Also huge rips in the curtains, stains on the carpets, and chunks of carpet that had been cut out and pieces replaced-however they carpet was raveling all around the replaced pieces making it a safety issue. The pool was ice cold and the advertised hot tub no longer exists, it has been filled it, yet the signs in the hallways still say hot tub. Our door knob fell off and the inside safety lock for the door broke. Asked for two new remote controls and neither worked for the tv. Asked for additional pillows and was told they were out of pillows yet the hotel was virtually empty. Front desk staff appeared to be stoned and didn't care about any of our issues. Breakfast was edible, but not great. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Not a 4 star hotel!

This hotel was very unclean. I was misled by previous reviews that claimed this was a 4 1/2 star hotel. I was very disappointed to find out that it was more like a 1. The lobby is a preview of the rooms. Elevator was horrendous. No sanitizing devices anywhere around. Terrible experience.

Rooms are very clean most comfortable bed to get a good sleep on! The jacuzzi room is so very nice and clean!! Very Impressed with the service aswell they’re so nice and amazing! Also a great price! Most definitely recommend!!!
