Best hotel in town, by far. The vision for this place has been realized and it's a privilege to be able to enjoy it as a guest of the Axis Hotel in Moline. A truly cool and fun experience from beginning to end

We reserved a corner room. When we opened the door, it felt like we were in a basement. It did not look like the picture and at the very least should have been the lower price of the normal king size rooms. The windows were half sized and high up, so it felt like a basement. Also on one wall there were odd stains streaking it. The food was also subpar. We had fish and chips. The fish was over cooked that it was like chicken nuggets. For breakfast, we had bought the extra voucher expecting then a higher standard meal. What we got was a buffet that was below standard for many hotels that offer it complimentary. The waffles were hard. The eggs were over cooked. To add to our frustration, no one was there checking for tickets and plenty of no ticket people just came and ate what we had paid a hefty price for. Overall, we thought the hotel did a nice job of looking nice, but behind the facade, it did not live up to its image. The people were friendly to work with.

A beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean room hosted by a superb staff! We were lucky to find this property on our trip passing through Illinois and Iowa. My only regret is we stayed just one short night!

So affordable, especially considering the quality of the site and service. Highly recommend. We were not in Moline for any particular reason but just needed a place to stay off I-80 while returning from a road trip. This place was fun and unique, compared to other similarly priced chain options.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting our home town. The stay was perfect from reservation to check out. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the customer service was impeccable. We will be staying here again in the future.
