This hotel is surrounded by the beautiful Laurentian Mountains of Quebec. The ski resort, the convention centre as well as cross-country skiing routes are located close to the hotel. It is just a few minutes walk to the centre and its many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. Links to the public transport network lie also just a few minutes away. Tremblant lake is within easy reach, Linear Park is located just 6 km away and the nearest bus station is around 12 km from the hotel. On Sunday November 7th, 2021, my wife and I arrived around 3:30 pm at the Residence Inn Mont-Tremblant. This was the third occasion, in the past few years, to return for a two-day booking at this establishment. For check-in the friendly front desk staff, Dominique and Diane welcomed us. We noticed that the Inn was recently renovated, public places were bright and colorful, impeccably clean, and well arranged. It was easy and quick at getting our magnetic room key. Our third floor one bedroom suite which was available, was accessible by elevator. Safety protocols under Covid-19 were well established and face covering requirements were ongoing, so we felt secure in this environment. From our balcony, we had a cozy autumn view, we could only see spruce and pine trees, and paved ski trails. During our stay, we parked in the underground parking facilities which was quite convenient. We also booked time to enjoy the upgraded outdoor hot tubs. The on-site restaurant Casey’s Bar and Grill recently closed; however, we were able to have dinner close by at Micro brasserie La Diable. In the evening, while watching TV, we appreciated a burning log in the fireplace. In the morning, Joanne at the breakfast table served us a complimentary breakfast grab-N-go bag with coffee and juice. Before leaving the premises, the front desk made sure we got our invoice statement. We do appreciate Marriott’s cleanliness standards and would recommend the Residence Inn Mont-Tremblant and would rate our stay as five stars.
Off-season Tremblant getaway

An off season getaway to Mont-Tremblant - we checked in on a Thursday so it was very quiet, front desk staff were bilingual, friendly and checking was fast. We were UP-graded to a top floor room - only tiny catch was we had to use the stair from the 3rd to 4th floor. The room size and views of the hill and interior courtyard made up for that tiny inconvenience. Room was very large with a separate bedroom, living space and a kitchen/breakfast nook. It was a tad dated - but it was clean & comfortable. The free breakfast was “grab n go” style - so our breakfast nook in our room was very handy. There was more than enough to eat as well. Under ground parking was nice - as the weather wasn’t. In and our privileges too. We signed up to use the hot-tub our first night - it was cool and damp but the tub was set for 103 and made it very enjoyable. For the money and the great location I would recommend this hotel. Cheers….
Very poor experience.

This is probably one of the WORST hotels I have ever been to with a lack of lighting and privacy. We stated here for 4 nights and it was horrible. We requested a room with a view and we got a view of half underground and half above ground, The breafast was poopy but it wasnt horrible. We stayed during the summer and payed about 250$ a night. What a waste of money. One HUGE problem was the lack of privacy we went to the pool and strangers can look down from the gondola and see you half naked. I can't even explain the lack of lighting it was all yellow. Please don't stay here.
Wonderful 3-night stay, highly recommend

A beautiful property in the center of this beautiful pedestrian village full of shops and restaurants and activities. The best place to stay for a few days while exploring all the shops and restaurants and attractions all in the immediate area. Hotel staff offered assistance at every turn in very good English, even about local activities, not hesitating to use the phone to verify information for you. The property is super clean and rooms very clean and well-appointed, with every convenience you expect in this kind of property -- an assortment of coffees and teas, coffee-maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, cups, saucers, plates, cutlery, even a roll of paper towels. Bathroom spotless with plenty of towels. Air-conditioning control easy to operate, TV had tons of channels in French and English. Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant was only operating Thursday to Sunday, due to lack of staff, and my stay was Sunday to Wednesday, but there are many restaurants a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was like a bag lunch, you chose what you wanted, and returned to your room to eat. A minor inconvenience. Many restaurants are operating on reduced hours all due to the same thing: no staff. Some close at 4, some only open evenings, some just a few nights/days per week. Best to check with them during your walks around the village to plan your lunch and dinner each day. A number of stores are closed as well, again due to lack of staff. Overall this was happy and memorable stay at this hotel, well worth the money. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.
Enjoyed our stay

Booked 4 nights here very last minute as the Airbnb we reserved was not as advertised. Dominique at the front desk was very helpful. The suite with balcony was perfect: very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet and effective AC, functional kitchen with the basics to prepare meals, nice dining area and cute little balcony surrounded by trees for some outdoor space. The bathroom towels were clean but worn and could use some upgrading. And yes, there are some design flaws like placement of the toilet under the counter top as mentioned in another review. But not a problem for just a few nights. Would stay again.
