The hotel looks like it was build back in the ITT Sheraton period, but the suite that I had was fine. The club lounge was closed but benefits provided at other facilities. The suite didn't have conditioner or mouthwash that I had request twice before they provided them. The hotel displays rates on Marriott's website in USD and then used a fake exchange rate to convert it to Mexican pesos. You cannot settle in USD. Checkout with Mayra was a complete mess. I had given an Amex for pre-authorization purposes and wanted to settle using a Mastercard that turned out to an half an hour ordeal. The front desk is very disorganized.

Stopped here after booking 2 rooms as we were travelling with from on our drive back to Canada ... the listing identified the hotel as a 4 star resort. We had been on the road for over 14hrs when we arrived to our room the bathroom sink was clogged and I was surprised at the lack of amenities in the room: no microwave to heat our own meals (which we had packed in view of Covid 19, no fridge, no coffee maker. One face cloth in the bathroom ... the muni shampoo bottle was half used ... the list goes on! Sad for the price and bad for the Sheraton brand which I have used several times over the years!
Long Weekend in Monterrey

Had a great time in Monterrey and the Sheraton was a perfect location. The room was spotless and the staff was attentive. My flight to Monterrey was delayed until the next day and I was able to reach the hotel by email and they had no issue adjusting my reservation. They even gave me excellent location tips for my 10 mile run. I would definitely stay again.
Outdated shady hotel

This hotel is completely outdated. Not at all in line with the Sheraton or Bonvoy Brand Promise. Very concerned to get a fungus or any other nasty thing from laying in bed or using the shower... Pillows were not fresh and bed sheets dirty. This property should be torn down. Concerned to eat anything.
It was a Sheraton, maybe in the 90’s

We got a junior suite, it was nice, spacious clean, they got us 2hrs late check out, but it all ends there.: The towels were kids size, very worn and harsh, and the robes also junior size had holes We had to “re magnetize” our key cards like 6 times in 2 days Only 1 or 2 ppl on front desk at all times, which always resulted in lines, and the staff wasn’t very helpful We paid a fortune (850 MXN)for laundry to have to pick it up on front desk, because they couldn’t deliver at our rooms The breakfast was very average for the standards of a Sheraton, only one guy on omelet station for a huge dining room, and they don’t have real butter, only margarine Wi-fi was terrible, the tv had Netflix and amazon prime but couldn’t connect due technical problems The hotel looks pretty outdated in general
