Perfect hotel in ancient centre

This building was built in the middle ages so if you love historic places this is fabulous (even with 3 flights of stairs). Alex is the perfect host, our room was very large and quiet. It is absolutely in a perfect position making it easy to discover this beautiful city.
Beautiful apartment, amazing host, perfect location

The subject really says it all, the apartment we stayed in was set out beautifully...and the bed the most comfortable I have slept in in a long time. The host was amazing, his English was impeccable and he was always there to help whenever needed, you couldn't ask for more. Finally the location, perfect for exploring the town. The only reason I haven't given 5*s is that there was no shower...the bath was amazing though!!
Perfect position, beautiful apartment

This apartment in the heart of Montpelier is the perfect mix of ancient culture and modern ambient. Apart from the convenient position, the host was absolutely lovely. As the building is very old and the lift wasn't installed he brought upstairs our luggages and gave us lots of tips about restaurants and best place to see. Will be back!!

This building is fascinating, albeit hard to find! The guy who runs it is so lovely and helpful. We only stayed for one night with two children, not sure I could stay for any longer with the children, but maybe if it was just me and my husband. The apartment was very modern, not cosy but did the job. Self catering so come prepared. Nice upstairs conversion with a bath and a bed. The location is fantastic.

An excellently located residence in the heart of the old town. The streets are pedestrian and parking in one of the city car parks is a must. We stayed in car park La Comedie and bought a prepaid ticket for the duration of our stay as recommended by our host. This gave us the possibility to enter and leave the car park at our disposal at the best tariff. The building dates back to the Middle Ages and on entering one finds an amazing stone spiral staircase. The apartment is 2 floors up and no lift is available. However the host is happy to help taking up luggage. The room we stayed in was very spacious and newly refurbished with a modern contemporary taste. The colour scheme in grey and gold was stunning. The room was very warm. A kitchenette was available and we used it to cook a small meal. A coffee machine with pods was available. Free wifi and TV. The host Alexandre who spoke very good English gave us a town map and explained the main sites in town and where to go and eat. He helped us out without hesitation when we needed him to speak over the phone in French.
