Good located hotel in Montreal

Just a 10min walk away from Old Montreal and near Rue Catherine Street with many restaurants, boutiques and shopping malls. Chinatown just across the street. Valet parking for CAD32 plus tax per night available. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We got a free room upgrade to the loft on booking.com. Loft was spacious and really clean. On the headboard of our bed was big spot which looks like it got wet in the past. Was no big issue for us but the headboard in this room should be changed.
Clean and quiet.

Very well situated, close to St. Catherines Street and just around the corner from the person I was visiting in Montreal. Because their restaurant is closed (since Covid) it was important for me to be able to walk a short distance (6 minutes max and others closer than that) for coffee and food. There are tons of options as Chinatown is right next door but lots of other options can be found on St. Catherines Street. The staff was very polite and helpful and as my french is very basic they recognized that and quickly switched to English. I booked through Hotels.com and got a good price for the 11th floor room which was equipped with a fridge, microwave and an Italian brand coffee maker, albeit it was small but it was fine for one person. The lobby is spectacular!
It is ok. Location A1, but service and decor not to my standard.

Let’s start saying that location is amazing. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Located in front of Chinatown, you can walk to village, old Montreal, St-Catherine, Cartier Latin, St-Laurent and all in between. Hotel, on the other hand, is OK. It is 3-star hotel in all its definition. Staff is friendly. Rooms were clean and service was ok. My complaint is that the rooms and hotel are bit depressing. The elevators were bit worn out and I am not sure the towels were washed and sanitized properly. Beware the hotel doesn’t have in-site parking. You need to walk few blocks to get to their offered parking services.
nice well located

Well located 3STARplus Hotel, walking distance to the old port. The room on the 9th floor was clean with a nice view. I would recommend the place w/o hesitation! and now again have to complete the TripAdvisor 200 characters request! Why! are just a few words not enough?!
Not a 4 star hotel.

My work booked me a weeks stay at this hotel. Upon checking in the front desk operator was so rude. He asked me to put a credit card on file when my work had already just payed it luck thing my work was able to email a receipt at or I would have had no where to stay. Second when I went up to my room it liked as though it had not been cleaned for quite some time. There were long hairs all over the washroom. Lastly when I would leave the hotel for work and come back front desk operator would not me back up to my room until I would confirm the i was staying in by showing him my card. I feel that the first desk operator was very racist and I am so disappointed by my stay here.
