Great people but room not so clean

The staff were very friendly and nice. Our room was good except for the large chunks of black curly hairs on the floor of the shower. The rest of our room, sleep quality and bed was clean and comfortable. I am sure if I wanted to complain to staff they would have given us a new room but it was late and we were tired. We didn’t have time to shower anyway.

Courteous front desk, room was very clean, location to the airport was a short distance as well. Only shortfall was there were no waffle irons out to make waffles for breakfast, very disappointing. Hopefully will bring them back soon since there doesn’t seem to be a major Covid problem in this area.

We requested to pay in cash. We found out they didn’t accept cash at night when we had to leave due to an emergency in the middle of the night, but that was the only way I had to pay. So, since we were only there for about three hours, they didn’t charge us and sent us on our way. We appreciated this so much!
Worst Hampton experience

I have stayed at over 30 Hamptons. This was by far the worst. As others have written, it is dirty. The hall carpet is badly stained. The one on the room does not look or feel clean! We had two rooms, one had no kleenex (an empty box). The TV remote did not work, was swapped out, still did not work well. However, the worst part was the absence of staff at front desk. We were at airport trying to get the shuttle back to the hotel. No one answered. This went on for over 20 minutes. We would both try to call. One phone recorded a 7 minute call. Finally someone answered and refused to help us. Said they were looking for someone for front desk. He had no idea of when we could get a shuttle back. We learned later that there was only one person on desk duty and she had gone to help someone with TV leaving the desk unattended. It was unnerving for two 77 year old women to be left at the airport waiting with no information as to how to return to the hotel. The front desk lady apologized, but did not seem to think this was a problem. We were very unhappy with our experience at this Hampton. There are plenty of airport hotels. Choose another.

The stay was sub par from a Hilton experience. We were checked out by their system so our cards stopped working and I was sent a final bill the same time. The room was also musky and they didn’t have enough towels for my family. What good is indicating the number of of guests on the reservation if that’s not even going to be ised?
