Excellent Location & Value
Just finished three nights at R & B. It is a budget hotel providing good value with friendly and attentive staff (with basic english language skills), excellent location for quick access to many restaurants, a 7-Eleven (ATM source), the train & bus station, and abundant shops and services at the Fes'an department store attached to station. Simple continental breakfast (rolls, hardboiled eggs, soups, juice, tea, and coffee. They also have a coin laundry on second floor (although the dryer seemed a dash weak for my jeans), vending machines, and smoking room on ground floor. Our room had a large twin bed, or double. Rather cozy by western standards, framed by walls on 3 sides. It would have been great for myself, but for two with luggage, the room was a bit tight. This is not to fault the hotel. It was my choice. But twin beds would have been easier, a larger room wiser, next time. All around great location and value.
Good location~Good service!
It close morioka station, just across the road. This location is very convenience for shopping because there are Fesan department store in Morioka station. If you visit here for 2 person, i recommend book the twin bed due to double bed is too small for both of you.
Convenient location, great price
The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from Morioka Station, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was small but comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was free, but was nothing to write home about. A few kinds of bread and some soup and juice. My only complaint is that the pillow on the bed was very small. Given the price though, this place was a fantastic value.
Wonderful Location, Friendly Staff
From Morioka station, you can see the hotel's rooftop neon sign. Getting to it is a bit tricky due to the street crossing restrictions, so head underground and there is a little alley that is signposted once you exit that leads to the hotel. The room was decent-sized for Japan with clean everything as with the rest of the country. Staff were friendly and even the one that didn't speak English well tried very hard to help me. Great visit!
Great place to stay near the railway station. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very small but good value for the price. Morning breakfast which is included was good. Staff are very welcoming and pleasant.
