We arrived early (three days) due to a misunderstanding with my partner. After a bit of toing and throwing of hows and whys this happened we were accommodated in a first floor room. Small but clean and everything close by and as others have noted slow internet, but staff attempted to improve the connection. Front desk staff ready to offer advice and where to go for best priced trips etc. Great location and for price I thought good value. We had booked ahead with Hotels.com and were taken back on paying the account that it was R$32 more per day because we had changed dates. I tried to remind the staff that I had time to cancel and rebook but they insisted that we pay extra . Little disappointing and sort reminds you to check the prices booked remain in the same value and currency on arrival. Morrow Sao Paulo a great holiday location for all ages.

I've booked this "Pousada" after seen the good comments here and it really worth it! The price is good compared to others, the location is nice (close to the best beaches) and the staff is very friendly. I also reccomend the boat trip around the island. It's the perfect combination of excitement and natural beauty. The natural swimming pools are amazing!

This cozy "pousada" is just 2 blocks from the beach - but is a little further out from the arriving port. Our first room was on the first floor and right next to the lobby. The room was a bit small, but did have a mini fridge which was very useful. The pool is on the inside of the hotel and created a lot of noise when other tourists were using it in the middle of the night. The staff moved us to another room upon request which was in the back and a lot quieter. The mini-fridge wasn't as cooperative there, but we made do. Although the hotel provided free wireless internet, it only worked near the lobby area. For some reason, the best reception was on the second floor, just over the pool. All in all, the hotel was clean, in a great location and a great value.

We had a lot of difficulty choosing a suitable hotel in Morro with all of the options but high prices. This hotel was an excellent find. It is located Centrally to both the town and hopping Beach Two. Not a long walk from anywhere actually. The rooms are cozy, not to big, but comfortable enough. I have to give major props to the staff. We had an issue where our room was to close to the reception area and it made it hard to sleep one morning. The young man behind the counter (who only speaks Spanish/Portugese) accommodated us that day, even using google translator to make sure we were on the same page. We moved to a quieter room on another floor and the rest of the stay was excellent. It also had the best breakfast of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Brazil. There is a tiny pool which is nice for cooling off after a long day at the beach. They even have outdoor showers so you can rinse your feet after the walk back. The biggest drawback I could think of was the wi-fi was really slow. But it's like that in all the hotels we stayed at in Brazil. I would recommend this hotel to couples or young people looking to party.

Excelente localização para quem não quer se deslocar muito para estar na praia ou na vila. Isso fez o diferencial para escolha. O atendimento muito bom e solicito dos funcionários e o espaço para café da manhã muito bom também. A pousada estava em reforma e espero que amplie os quartos e deixe a fachada com um pouco mais de privacidade
