A lot of controversy
When I saw the pictures of the hotel, no doubts left that I would stay here. I must say, it looks exactly the same as in the pictures. (+) 5/5 for the design. (+) No complaints about cleanliness. (+) Great location! It is situated in a public space with a lot of cafés, restaurants and other attractions. Quite close to the city centre. (-) No elevator, despite the fact the hotel has 6 floors. (-) Awful toiletries. The amount of shampoo in a packet is insufficient. The soap does not foam at all. The fan works only at the lowest power (turns of otherwise)

I don't have many good things to say about the hotel except the room is nice. I arrived at the hotel along with two other friends on 31.12 at 3:00 am, we got a room on the 6th floor (no elevator). We had to mount the suitcases on our own without any help from the hotel! But it didn't end here, when we got to the room it smelled like mold, there was only sleeping place for two people, and when I came to the reception and explained the problems to her, she replied to me: "Please wait till morning please." There is a continuation of the story, On our sixth day at the hotel we noticed that there were no towels. We decided to call reception to ask for towels, and they replied "We are sorry there are no towels for today", this is not a hotel level, it is not a hotel at all, but a self-catering holiday apartment building

The hotel is located in trekhgorni manifaktura .new hotel with amazing design room, The room itself a little bit smaller, but very comfortable, very good location, close to expo center, highly recommended.

Отель не могу сказать плохой... Нет, он вполне нормальный, но как-то в нём не уютно и не комфортно вообще((( Снимали двухуровневый номер, а он оказался на 6 этаже, без лифта...Номер в стиле лофт. Чистый. Кран в ванной на раковине шатался, в душе кран подтекал... Телевизор не работал, сказали администратору, ничего... Телевизор только на 1 этаже. Кровать "Ленин с нами" огонь, выспались! Чистая постель. В ванной были шампунь и гель для душа. Но больше останавливаться в данной гостинице, желания нет.

Не плохой отель. Хотела выспаться, но удалось с трудом. Звукоизоляции ноль, стенки такие тонкие, что слышно было как басил сосед, разговаривая с дочерью. А ночью пришлось на полметра отодвинуть подушку от стенки и воткнуть в уши бируши, чтобы не слышать его храп. Шторы однако были достаточно плотными и тёмными и мне удалось поспать до позднего утра. Я аллергик и запах от химии или не прокрашеных стен вызвал головную боль, тоже не приятно. Дизайн на любителя, я лично уважаю лофты, но этот не доделан. Нет ярких акцентов, всё серенькое и скучное. В туалете холодно, хотя в номере тепло. Не уютно одним словом. Телевизор не работал, а вот wifi отлично летал. Со стоянкой тоже обманули, на сайте было написано что можно не дорого оставить на парковке машину, в результате парковка 300р в час или предложили оставлять где то на улице..? Понравились графити на лестнице, напоминают молодёжи о классике. Приветливый персонал, вежливые, но я больше там не остановлюсь.
