Terrific little Marriott property!
Reviewed 16 august, 2021
Great little hotel located in the Moses Lake "hotel zone" (if you want to call it that) -- filled with four or five similarly sized 3-star hotels. All appear to be built in the last couple years. So, yeah, this is a newer little property and in good shape cosmetically and well-maintained. Fun, bold color scheme that seems to be the trend. Service was on point. Smiling, helpful, polite, attentive front desk staff -- special hat tip to Brandon who was professional, courteous, and full of recommendations for the area. Made sure my request for a high floor was taken care of, acknowledged my Bonvoy Gold status, and was really cool overall. Room was clean, well-furnished and QUIET. With two little kids in tow, we were probably the noisy ones. Not bothered AT ALL by "slamming doors" cited by other reviewers. We visited the little indoor pool twice and had it to ourselves both times. My wife and I used the gym a couple times each and it was fantastic (though appropriately sized for the small size of the property). The free breakfast was perfect -- a couple hot dishes with a full spread of cereal, yogurts, bagels and toast, fresh strawberries, juice, and of course, HOT coffee. Well done, Fairfield Inn Moses Lake! We will make the 3.5 hour journey back (from the other side of the Cascades).
Nice hotel but ruined by noisy banging doors

Nice hotel, very clean, nice facilities, comfy beds. However... for some reason they do not have "slam stoppers" on the room doors. From about 5 am there is a continual slamming of doors, it seemed like every 5 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous, the building shakes. So if you like to sleep-in in the morning, no chance. Shame, because otherwise a very nice hotel. Plus it's an easy problem to fix, just install "slam stoppers" on the doors!
1 Week Family Visit

We have a standard expectation when staying at a Marriott property and this hotel delivered! Every detail needed for a hotel room was met. Whomever designed these rooms definitely kept the traveler in mind. We were in town for a week visiting family so the extra details and comfort of our room was important to us. PROS Large Bathroom GREAT Bathroom Ventilation Plenty of Bathroom Space Bathroom Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash Pump Bottles in Shower Large Shower with Great Pressure Closet with Plenty of Hanging and Storage Space Refrigerator/Microwave/Coffee Area Comfortable Bed Large, Clean Gym Exceptionally Clean Overall CONS Smaller Room with No Additional Sitting Area No Luggage Stand Small Pool/No Hot Tub The pros definitely outweigh the cons and we thought highly of this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. Easily accessible to the interstate, restaurants, and gas stations.
Clean, new hotel, great location

Stayed for one night on start of vacation. New hotel, nice furnishings, large shower. Great customer service. Reserved suite, twin bed in couch, not very large for two people. No blankets to go with bed. No divider between bed and living area. Shampoo in shower out. Coffee at breakfast is empty at 7am. Great location.
Beware go to another hotel

My experience with your hotel in Mosses Lake was awful the duvet for bed was dirty and the bottom sheet had crusty crap on the sheets. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned and after looking at other parts of the room disinfectant has not been used in this century. Next time I am in Mosses Lake I will expect to see this site rebranded as a cheap hourly motel with the current management Right after checking in we left for a family emergency and when we returned and realized how bad the room was we had to sleep on top of the bedding. The phone headset was stuck to the phone base from all the sticky stuff had not been cleaned. The room was obviously not disinfected or even vacuumed which one would expect due to COVID-19. Housekeeping went into the room while I had a do not disturb sign on the door. I had medication on the bed and did not want anyone in the room and obviously respecting people’s privacy is no longer something your hotel chain provides. While with my dying father, I received a threatening note from Brandon that I had to check out by 3pm or I will be charged another night because they are not giving late check out no matter of status due to COVID-19. I shared with Brandon how dirty the room was and the fact that the bedding was not changed and was obviously not taken care of. He did not do anything to address the problem, oh he gave us two free coffee for living in another person's mess. The staff failed to advise me at check-in that I would not get my late check out due to COVID-19. I guess they also forgot to tell me they are not cleaning or sanitizing rooms due to the pandemic either. As a guest that stays with you a lot I am horrified of the lack of cleanliness of the room and was so disrespected. I did not even take a shower because I did not feel safe because the shower was so dirty. All of this and I gave the hotel business for two rooms with the rest of the hotel vacant. I will never use this hotel again and frankly, this has left me to avoid your brand in the future.
