Best place in Okinawa

We’ve been to Okinawa for many times and have stayed in many different hotels/resorts. Hilton Sesoko Resort is the best one with no doubts! New, fashionable, comfy, luxurious place with an amazing hospitality, great views, delicious food, tasteful design combined with the beauty and excitement of the wild nature. Sesoko beach is the number one in Okinawa for sure! The resort staff was super friendly, helpful and cooperative! They upgraded our room and offered a lot of extra benefits for a very reasonable cost when we were checking in. Recommended for the families that are looking for a beautiful relaxing time, for the couples dreaming about romantic and luxurious vacation for the very reasonable prices! We’ll come again!
Very relaxing getaway

Highly recommended for active beach goers to enjoy beautiful “Sesoko blue” ocean, or even just to relax in a room (perfect nap are in order!) and still enjoy the spectacular sunset. It will take your breath away! There’s no convenience store on-property nor nearby, so pick up what you want (snacks etc) on the way up to the resort (or a quick 5min drive will get you to grocery store, drugstore, gas station, convenient store etc)

The hotel just celebrated its 1-year anniversary and we were lucky to be part of this celebration. They organized a great fireworks. We could also experience their new Grill restaurant and highly recommended to taste some of the local beef of Okinawa. Overall the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is on a small underdeveloped island-Sesoko, over 1 hour drive from Naha airport. The highlight of the resort is the great beach and reef right in front. A public beach and not crowded during the pandemic. The water quality is superb and the coral amazing. Such kind of reef I can compare to the Maldives. The rooms are well equipped and modern. During weekdays with lower business they offer many dishes at breakfast from their a la carte choices and weekends they run a full buffet. One day we booked a private kayak excursion, half day, with an outside vendor recommended by the Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Deepak. He is from Nepal and again very accommodation, informative and exceed guest expectations with his service. The kayak tour is run by a local elderly Japanese couple and is unique. They take you to some good snorkling spots and also cook a simple lunch on a nearly beach. Our children loved to wash the dishes afterwards only with sand and sea water. An amazing resort experience and will be back soon.

I first visited the Hilton Sesoko with my family and friends in October 2020. Although that stay had issues, after I raised the issues, they were solved by the hotel staff very well. I came back in December 2020 with my family and friends, I was OVERJOYED with my stay this time! Fantastic menu, superbly warm and attentive core staff members, and beautiful festive environment! I highly recommend it for families and especially for vegetarians!!
