Amazing hotel and staff!!!!

This hotel has been truly a lifesaver and place of calmness. We are waiting to move into our new home and secured an AirBNB. The AirBNB was definitely not a safe or clean place and was faced with being without a place to stay, but the Hampton Inn and Suites came to our rescue. At approx 1:00am we were able to secure this hotel. We were able to get the first goodnight sleep in over two weeks after moving, loading trucks, storing things in a storage shed until we move in our new home in mid January. What a great place. The staff are amazing!! Jalen and Miss Sue are tops!!
Had A Nice Visit

This Hampton Inn was nice. The only negative was the sheets or comforter (I know many hotels don't wash the comforter after every guest) had a musty/moldy/dirty sock smell. The pool was great for all ages since it went from 3-5 feet even my 5 year old could swim in the 3 foot area.

I have already added my complaint and review on the first page of this survey. That listed all of my concerns that I had during my stay that was less than 12 hours. I am not sure if we will be staying there again in the future Thank you
Rude Clerk Sue

Rude clerk “Sue” refused to allow us to bring our emotional support animal with us without charging $60 additional dollars. Which according to the American Disability act is illegal. We tried to explain this but she wouldn’t hear of it.

We were traveling with our dog. The staff was very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Great convenient location. We will stay here again. The room was quiet and spacious. Parking was not a problem.
