Would not recommend. Walked in the room on first day to a bug crawling across the floor. Dirty. Smelled like weed every day! Photos provided. And that’s just the room. A lamp in the room didn’t work. No lobby. Breakfast in a grab bag. Shabby and rundown. Shouldn’t be paying more than $50 a night.

First let me say that the staff was friendly and helpful. But you would think that with most hotels closed do to COVID-19 rooms would be cleaner. On the first look it’s a nice room. But the floor was sticky and that was the carpet when we took showers the floor of the tub was black. We went to the front desk for new towels every night.
No mattress pad

No carpet on the elevator floor just a rug. Dirty ice machine and garbage bags left out. We Awoke the next morning to find the sheet had slipped off the mattress and ther was no pad. Gross to wake up with your face on who knows what.
Filthy, drug dealings, no elevator service

The room was filthy, the elevator did not work, the place was a known spot for drug dealing. We looked at the room, tried to call the Front Desk (they didn't answer) and wound up leaving. Tried to get our money back but no one was at the front desk and the franchise owner will not return our phone calls.

This was once a nice hotel, the only place I've ever stayed while in Flint. But I will never step foot in there again. My 2019 stay was horrible, but it was blamed on the renovations that was happening. Well I decided yo give them another chance, but I was sadly mistaken. It wasn't clean & definitely didn't seem to be renovated, rooms need to be upgraded, remotes didn't work to the TV, internet was horrible & the rugs/carpet in the elevator and stairs look like they hadn't been cleaned since my stay in 2019. There are always people in the parking lot or just walking around the hotel, so you really don't feel safe.
