!CLEAN * FRIENDLY STAFF * HOT WATER! All the things I expect in a Hotel! Don't know why the bad reviews. I will stay again next time visiting Family in Wisconsin. There was limited breakfast, but that is to be expected during these times. Reasonable price.

The hotel is in a great location. The best thing though is how clean it is! I am very picky and I honestly couldn’t find anything in my room that was dirty. The bed and pillows were very nice. I could hear doors shutting and walking around upstairs but it’s a hotel so that is to be expected. Staff was friendly. Great price. I will be back!
Great management and services !

I stayed with them twice. Both were extended work stays. The first stay was from November 2019 to March 2020 Approx. The second stay was from January 2021 to April 2021. The best thing about Clarion Point was their management. This includes all the senior and junior managers working at different shifts at the front desk, and the staff. The new manager PAUL, is OUTSTADNING ! He is EXTREMELY friendly and even more helpful. I was SO happy to have met him during my stay there at Clarion Point. Paul is the man running the show now and is a very hospitable and a welcoming manager who would come up to you now and then, smiling, asking how your stay was going and immediately providing any help with any issue the guest was facing at Clarion Point. He takes an initiative to help people and that’s what makes Clarion Point great. Another manager I interacted with, quite a lot, was Vinnie. Another splendid guy.in fact, keeping in mind that I was going to have an extended stay he was considerate and got me a nice rate too. Furthermore, no matter my issue or the time Vinnie was an efficient problem solver and was always more than willing to help in any way to make my trip more comfortable. I would summarize him to be an efficient, diligent very friendly and an easy going guy who would make every effort to facilitate his guests. I specifically asked to speak with Vinnie, at the time of my second booking, and he was able to set me up over the phone in literally 5 minutes. I had to extend my stay a couple of times and getting that done with Vinnie was a breeze. There were 2 other junior managers who served morning and night shifts on various days of the week. A lady , Kim and a gentleman (I forget his name). Both were equally friendly and accommodating to any issue or request. No different than their helpful and friendly bosses – Vinnie and Paul. To summarize, this Clarion Point is equipped with an extremely friendly and competent staff and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone planning a visit. Paul , the new and nice manager, replaced another senior manager who left. The manager who left was the ONLY guy who was least friendly and I personally did not get along with him very well as he used to create unnecessary problems on petty issues. An example would be, not easily willing to give out laundry change. He would try to sell you (almost compel) to buy an entire set of quarters rather than just grabbing enough for a single wash or what you needed - and some more. I found the hotel and the rooms to be clean and well equipped. Smart TVs ( along with other appliances like coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator etc.) in every room make your stay more enjoyable, very convenient and comfortable. The rooms were managed and cleaned regularly and if I wanted to make any special requests, for sheets, cleaning service, trash service, towels, plasticware etc. – no matter the time of day (or night) those requests would be implemented almost immediately. As I mentioned above, the management was great and made sure the services they provide were efficient and up to the mark. Great people, very good hotel facility. They made my stay very comfortable and stress free. I would definitely pick them over any other hotel in the vicinity any day of the week, if ever I was required to go back for work purposes ( or even otherwise 😊 !) Thank you for your hospitality guys !

Recently I found myself unexpectedly needing a roof over my head for an undetermined amount of time, and went to the Clarion Pointe Motel near my home. I’d driven past it many times but I’d never had reason to go inside. There are two other relatively inexpensive motels in the immediate area, a Knight’s Inn that I didn’t even consider, and a Super 8 that, in retrospect, wouldn’t have been much, if any, less expensive and judging by reviews would have been a less pleasant stay. And it turned out that the choice mattered a lot, as I would essentially end up living there for a month, and the Clarion turned out to be a genuinely nice place. I once worked at a motel, and if anything is true about motels it is this: if the place isn’t clean, nothing else matters. Well, this may be the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. The room, and building in general, must have been recently updated. My room was nice, a mural of a local place of interest on the wall. It was a very quiet place too, at least during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, with a white, non-scary bedspread that I was told is washed after each guest checks out. There’s a big, like, 50 inch maybe, flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. (My phone often dropped the Wi-Fi connection, but that might be due to my old iPhone 6) The bathroom is nothing exceptional, toilet and tub/shower, but was clean, and kept clean by efficient (and nice) housekeepers. In a month, of course I used the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge a lot, but luckily for me there were nearby take-out places (try Rocky Rocco pizza) and a killer breakfast place, Meli Cafe, right next door. I didn’t get to try their complementary breakfast, because, you know, Covid. But they did offer a “grab and go” breakfast bag (I liked the banana muffins, and after a couple days I didn’t even have to ask the desk people to make sure that was the flavor of muffin I got.) There is a workout room and a nice (again, clean) hot-tub. Onsite washer and dryer, which I ended up using a few times. The first time, I got extra quarters for the dryer, because the normally old dryers in motels generally don’t get clothes dry in one round. But, surprise, this one really worked. A small but welcome detail. Owners Paul and Dipeeka Patel are very nice and always ready to do something to make one’s stay more pleasant. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, if you’re looking for a decent motel at a fair price in Racine, WI, you’re not going to do better than the Clarion Pointe.
The best hotel
