Fantastic hidden gem of a hotel

The most amazingly affordable pricing at least in my view for the area. Wonderfully designed room with fridge in walk in closet. Great colors in my view and very comfortable room and bed. Felt very clean and front desk was friendly. I like the design only thing i found a bit odd was the length long balcony open to all through french doors from the room. Oh and good shades on the door. Shared balcony made for less likely hood in my case of using it, however the biggest potential issue would be if others came in groups and decided to gather on group balcony particularly at night. Was glad and lucky this did not happen when i was there, was a very quiet night, but potential is there. Be that as it may wonderful room and affordable pricing and quite enjoyed my stay. You have a choice of parking in garage or in the lot up from i chose the outdoor parking area. A bit confusing as there is a second hotel behind this one not affiliated... and your gps will go wild taking you in circles to find the entrance off the highway since it's so close to the off ramp so be sure to watch for that or look at it online before going.

Hotel rooms are not as glamorous as in photos. Not a very large selection in gym equipment. No fee breakfast as advertised. Pillows are worn out. No pool. I do not recommend if looking for a nice, comfortable stay. We also had to switch rooms due to TV not having any signal.

This is at most a 3-star hotel if that. Close to freeways, downtown Mtn. View/Sunnyvale, also very noisy because of the freeway and El Camino Real. The room windows are single pane and the walls of the rooms are paper thin. Dude next door was singing and we could hear every word! Then there was a 4am party the first night in the room next door complete with music. :( There is no way to mitigate the street/freeway noise or open a window for fresh air because of the noise. There is no room service available, (due to covid they say), which means you have to live with your garbage in the room or take it out yourself. No complimentary water ($2 per small bottle at lobby) Keurig coffee machine with powder creamer are available and plastic water cups for drinks. The A/C units seem to be from the 80s positioned under the window and incredibly noisy which turned out to be a blessing in disguise to drown out the neighboring room parties and stomping elephants upstairs. Beds are fine, pillows are not. The hotel feels like an outdated building which was given a facelift to look good, but lacking in basic functions such as a clean, quiet room to sleep in. Staff is helpful and patient with guest who aren't able to read or need other assistance.
Always a Pleasure

This is our 4th stay in 10 years and we are always glad to return. Rooms are spacious and you can request an outdoor balcony or patio which extends the room. There is a great walking trail next to the parking lot that we enjoy. It really is a great experience.

The staff at this modest Mediterranean-themed hotel is wonderful. We had to stay overnight for an early-morning appointment the next day, and every effort was made to accommodate our needs and make us comfortable.
