Hotel is good but getting a bit tired. Really good location . Close to Night Bazzar. Size of rooms are good. The pool looked amazing in pictures but were deceiving lot smaller than pics.it was a selling point for us but a bit dissapointed. Allways get prices for tuk tuk b4 you go any where outside the hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights. We were made very welcome and upgraded when arrived. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfy with lovely soft pillows The staff were really friendly and helpful. A credit to the hotel The hotel is right by the night Market and lots of places to eat. We walked everywhere. A really great place to base yourself in chaing mai

Fantastic location

Situated right in the centre of Chiang Mai. Check in was very simple and quick. Depending on traffic, about 15 minutes from the airport. Room was not enormously big, but it was not small either. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. 2 complementary bottles of water every day. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and variety. I had dinner on one night in the restaurant, and it was really nice, and not expensive. Concierge was very helpful, and I made a booking with her to go to an elephant sanctuary. It was an afternoon tour, about 60 minutes away by minibus. Lovely experience. There is a swimming pool, but you need to be down early to reserve a bed. The staff were very, very friendly, always smiling. There is a lovely place in the foyer where you can get coffee/pastries/ bites to eat. Foyer itself is quite big and airy and bright. At night, the streets outside the hotel come alive, and the hotel is excellently located for many of the night bazaars. I was in room 703, and could not hear any noise at night. Of course, there are many massage parlours located around the hotel. Overall experience? Excellent, and would have absolutely no hesitation in either returning to this hotel or recommending it. I stayed for 5 nights.

I chose this hotel for a short golfing break due to its central location, good price and quality. But i found the hotel to be slightly underwhelming. The room photos didn't bear any relation to the room that i had, which was rather tired looking by comparison. For example, little suggestions for improvements would be to provide more tea/coffee sachets and moisturiser in the bathroom. The restaurant breakfast was fine and provided what i wanted, though the coffee machines (and there were several) all seemed to provide espresso only; strange? I couldn't find a bar in the hotel, but this didn't bother me as there were plenty of bars in the area. Finally, there appeared to be a lack of people to help out when i checked out and had to carry my own luggage, golf clubs to the exit and to call a cab; no concierge was evident. Also, as the entrance has many stairs, i wouldn't recommend this for anyone with a disability (unless there is a suitable back door??).
