Clean and cool.

The cool part was the air conditioning of the standard two twin bedroom two rooms we had as a family of four. The uncool part was they don’t have any connecting rooms at the hotel or family rooms. Nice placement of the ac unit above the area you walk in front of the beds, instead of above the beds so the cold air doesn’t fall down on top of you while your in bed The two twin beds were firm to the local standard, weren’t uncomfortable, but harder than we like., and the beds had a nice clean sheet and comforter on them and plenty of places to plug stuff in around them. But only one night stand for one bed ! They need one night stand for each bed ! It was quite here even though one of our rooms was next to the elevator shaft. Bathroom was a separate room that wasn’t air conditioned, you could leave the door opened if you wanted, but we didn’t. Everything worked good in the bathroom as it’s still a somewhat newer hotel. The rooms have a balcony , it’s more like an outside storage room with a side opening, not inviting to use as the ac compressor is hanging above out there with the hot air blowing down on you when your out there looking out. I would of eliminated that to make the room bigger as it’s smaller than what appears in the pictures. Larger compact refrigerator in the room and nice little flat screen tv. The tile floor of the room was clean so I wasn’t concerned when my son’s blankly he brought was laying on the floor in the morning as was one of my undershirts. That’s the clean part. We stayed here because it was close to a place my kids could ice skate on our way the Lampang after an international flight It’s Ice Zone in the Central Festival Mall that’s behind the hotel. You had to walk on the street with traffic for a bit after you left the driveway of the hotel to get there I didn’t see any nicer /safer way to go to the mall. The setting of the hotel wasn’t so nice as it was tightly placed behind a car repair shop and other buildings, but it was newer, clean, cool, (on this hot humid night in June) and where we wanted to be at a budget price. No breakfast or restaurant at this compact hotel, but it was clean and comfortable for us. The C F mall near by adds to the stay. Hence the name Nap in Fest... If you want to be by the Central Festival and don’t mind the setting and it being basic, this is a good clean and cool place !

New hotel, clean and cozy room. Located next to Central Festival Department Store. Not far from airport and downtown but hard to find public transportation to downtown. The hotel has no laundry service and a few parking under the hotel.

Next to Festival full of fun&food

New, clean and classy hotel right next to a major mall...the Festival Central Mall. As the name suggest....it's a real festival treat staying in this hotel. Shopping, the widest selection of good foods, entertainment is found in the mall next door. The service is warm and friendly, and the rooms are modern and classy. Can't go wrong for the rates being charged.

Nice stay

Reviewed 21 may, 2018

The hotel is two years old, but the facilities are still good and clean. Room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. The toilet is very clean. The housekeepers are well-trained. We had a good stay. The only one thing that we felt uncomfortable was the location. We didn’t check carefully the location of the hotel. Anyway, we can recommend your hotel to our friends who are traveling with a car. Thank you.
