A functional, no frills accommodation...

Simple, clean and functional accommodation. It "does the job". Good bedding and OK en-suite bathroom. WiFi works fine. Walking distance to a good street restaurant serving delicious Thai food. No boiler, so no chance for a morning tea or coffee in the room... In short, L Residence was OK for our short stay, yet this is unlikely to be my choice again next time I visit Songhla. It lacks "this little something" that I have enjoyed in so many guesthouses / hotels in Thailand within this price range (or even cheaper).

Not the best place to be, but it’s ideal. 7-11 store is everywhere and there’s a Tesco Mart just 10 mins away by walking. Plenty of local food around but would take a bit of walking from hotel to main road which where all the food are. There’s a soy bean store that I always get sesame soy. They’re awesome and just 20bath. Room wise is fine, crappy internet no swimming pool and no gym.

เข้าพักเพียงคืนเดียวโดยเช็คอินตอน 19.00 น ตอนเช็คอินพนักงานเก็บค่ามัดจำคีย์การ์ด ห้องละ 300 บาท (เงินสด) แต่ไม่มีแจ้งที่หน้าเว็บไซด์ที่จองไปว่ามีการเก็บเงินค่ามัดจำห้องพัก จองได้สองห้อง ห้องแรก รีโมททีวีเสีย ห้องที่สอง แอร์เสียงดังทั้งคืน ประตูล๊อคได้อย่างยากลำบากมาก ผ้าขนหนูเก่า ขนยุ่ยเลย น้ำในห้องน้ำไหลช้า และเอ่อล้นท่อระบาย ไม่มีการแยกส่วนเปียกและส่วนแห้ง อาบน้ำ แต่ละครั้ง จะเปียกเลอะทั่วทั้งห้องน้ำ กลับมาสี่ทุ่มไม่เจอ รปภ. ที่พักนี้เป็นแบบประเภทให้เช่ารายวันและรายเดือนดังนั้น โปรดอย่าหาความสงบ เพราะจะมีเสียงดัง จาก นักศึกษาทั้งคืน ถ้ามาทำธุระ และพักคืน เดียว แบบประเภท เช็คอิน ค่ำ แล้วนอน ตื่นเช้ามาแล้วเช็คเอ๊าท์ ออกไป แนะนำที่นี่ เพราะทำเล ที่ตั้งสะดวก ใกล้เมืองสงขลา ที่จอดรถเยอะ และหากจะหาความสะอาด ความสงบในการนอนตอนกลางคืน รวมถึงดึกๆ ไม่แนะนำ อาจจะเจอแจ็คพอต แบบผมได้ คิดให้มาก เพราะสิ่งที่เจอกับรีวิวของเว็บต่างๆ และ ข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์ ไม่เหมือนกันสักอย่าง สรุปในภาพรวม ไม่มีอะไรที่น่าประทับใจเลย นอกจากทำเลที่ตั้งเท่านั้น
