Pathetically unprofessional hotel

We stayed at this hotel in March 2022 for business purpose and eventually it turned out to be a horrible experience. Highly rude staff especially front desk. They were talking to us as if they own us. Rooms are pretty much in horrible condition. Restaurant was not operational. One cup of tea takes minimum 50mins to come to your room. Anybody who is reading this review kindly request you not to book this hotel. It's worthless to your money and experience.

Mrp of 1 of the drink brought was rs.110 but charged rs.200...on enquiry informed its hotel charges....this review is about landmark at malad........ Food is good but very high price..some of then are above the mrp

Hello Everyone. The Hotel situated on the main road near the main market. The staff people were very kind andpolite. There are luxurious room are really very clean with all the modern amenities. The Hotel is having a good fine dining restaurant where buffet and Ala Carte menu is available. Every is available at very economical price. A highly recommended option if you’re planning to stay in Malad area.

Lunch And Dinners are awesome !

Hotel tidy and room always clean. Breakfast modest, coffee would improve bit but lunch and dinner was one of the best we had in Mumbai. Food is mostly Indian style so if you expect to eat bacon and beans or other not so nice European staffs better find other accommodation rather than later complain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area is with shops and bus lines so convenient to move any direction. Old town is far from there but trains are also nearby so Can be used to reach southern part of the city. We liked our staying and will be back for sure.

I stayed at the Landmark for close to 2 months and its exceptional.. The service is exquisite and the staff is very friendly. The apartment are crisp and clean and would suite the business traveler as well as family. Conveniently located at the entrance to district 1 i believe this is a better choice than staying in a hotel if you are ok with eating from out. :-)
