Three day stay
The hotel was very clean and exactly what I needed for this short stay in Muncie. The front desk service was outstanding and very helpful in extending my stay by one night in getting me the best deal possible.
Nice BW in Muncie
Great rate. Excellent staff. Clean room. All amenities worked and very clean. This is a fairly standard hotel room with clean sheets and towels. I don’t know that I would call it great for a romantic get away but for a few nights stay at a great rate for a clean comfortable room this hotel fits the bill. They also have direct TV with many channels if you require it

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Great location!!! Great hotel for this price range!!! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend for other travelers to Muncie!!!
Below average
I had stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past few years and each time the rooms were not clean well. I had to be moved to another room on both stays. Also, this time around, the lighting in the room did not work; therefore, I had to switch rooms and this room was not cleaned well. I cleaned the bathroom myself. Customer service was excellent.
Great place to stay
We stay at BW, every time we visit out daughter at BSU. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The have been renovating the rooms with new floors, beds and paint. The beds were super comfortable and I love that the floors are no longer carpeted. So much cleaner!
