Unhelpful and inflexible. Avoid.

I booked a stay at this hotel, intending to visit an event in the city. The price was inflated due to the event, which is fair enough (supply and demand.)
However, due to the pandemic, the event was cancelled. As were my flights. The hotel, as is its right, refused to cancel the booking nor move my reservation to a time when I would be able to travel again.
It was instead happy to keep the money from the inflated price it charged.
As this is an example of how this hotel treats its customers, I would suggest avoiding it if at all possible. If one must stay here, then ensure you are able to cancel or change your reservation without involving this hotel.
I can but hope the hotel used the money it kept to put up a plaque dedicated to those donors (like myself) it used to prop itself up during the current pandemic.

We stayed for two weeks in this hotel. The staff was very friendly , polite and helpful. The room was ok, but the furniture was old. Our room had a fridge, but not all the rooms have fridges. It isn't air conditioned, but in Munich it is necessary only few days in one year. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in a safe area, but a little far from the city center. At 100 m there is a supermarket.
So, we can say it was not bad!

Pros: easy access to station
No tea/coffee facilities, even in reception
Smaller room than shown on web
No outside area to sit
No bar facilities - had to go to the restaurant and they're not happy if you don't order food
Great base for exploring Munich

In a safe, suburban area and close to Harras U and S stations so easy access to all the city. Comfortable, well run hotel, not lavish but much better than basic. Room was smallish but with a high ceiling and the large bathroom with a wall length mirror compensated. Breakfast had a great mix of hot and cold meats and cereals. Not a hotel to linger in but a great base. Excellent value for money.

I was in Munich for an English Immersion program and happy to find this lodging close to where I would meet my fellow participants.
The room had a single bed but did have a private bathroom with shower. In the morning, there is a very good "German" large breakfast of fruits, meats, cheeses, juices, eggs, etc.
The staff is very friendly but there was some language issues which were easily resolved.
