This is probably one of the worst hotel stays I have had. The carpets in the hallways had not been vacuumed in a long time and the smell in the hall was not pleasant. Our bathroom had hair on the floor. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and was quite stained. The cushioned chair was also stained. The woman who checked us in “Anna” had a 2 inch frayed hole right in the front of her smock. The free breakfast was a Brown lunch bag with an 8 ounce water and a small prepackaged pastry. The coffee in the breakfast area tasted burned.
They did have a sign on the front door that explained they had a shortage of housekeeping and to ‘bare’ with them along with other spelling errors. I should have paid the extra and drove another 20 miles.
The only positive was the lady who checked us out in the morning was very pleasant.

Before I begin, let me say I know everywhere has a huge shortage on staff (I live in a tourist-town myself, I know). We only stayed one night here. It was a spur-of-the-moment trip and it was the quickest and cheapest place we could find. The parking lot was trashed. There were cups and wrappers and whatever else you would find in a hotel parking lot. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. However, as we were checking in another customer came in and said her room was a mess upon arrival and wanted a refund. That made me nervous for what we would walk into. The room we had was clean and just fine for only staying one night. I didn't see an elevator (I may not have looked hard enough), and the stairwell area was like a sauna. My boyfriend said the vending machines had notes posted on them basically saying "use at your own risk" and "no refunds." Our bed was pretty comfortable, there were easily accessible restaurants around our hotel. We never went to the pool so I can't say much about that, didn't have breakfast, the only downfall of our room was that there were some loose black hairs down in the corner between the toilet and shower. I am blonde, so they weren't mine. We were right next to the freeway entrance so in the morning it was an easy drive to get to 75. Moral of the story: the property could be updated and cleaned up. For only staying one night at a budget-friendly hotel, you get what you pay for.
Urine Stain on Bed and urine odor

I'll start with the positives. The staff is nice and friendly. The place is conveniently located near the freeway and restaurants. The price is affordable. The negatives, the rooms, and furniture are pretty run down. However the biggest turnoff was that my room stunk of urine. I pulled back the sheet to reveal a large fresh urine stain on the side of bed. A strong urine smell was also coming from behind the bed. Needless to say, I left. The management kept dodging me, because I wanted a refund. Needless to say I'm still waiting.

I booked this room for my daughter, who was traveling alone, solely on the fact that Expedia and the Quality Inn website listed a free airport shuttle. The shuttle was also listed in their pamphlet in the lobby. There was NO airport shuttle, apparently there hasn't been one in over a year. No LYFT, UBER, Taxi, limo service, not even the man named "Darik" that the lady at the front desk suggested, would answer his phone to give her a ride to the airport. The front desk clerk said she would give my daughter a ride to the airport if she could, but she didn't have a driver's license. The room was FILTHY. Not even sure sheets had been changed since the last guest. She missed her flight. Had to buy another last minute ticket (very expensive). If you ever find yourself in this absolute hole of a town, book elsewhere!

8-12-2020 We booked online through our airline Allegiant. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3:00pm. We arrived at 4:30, checked in and were told our room would be ready in another 30 minutes because housekeeping was running behind, so we went to dinner at a nearby Fudruckers Restaurant because it was too hot to just wait around. (We were also charged a $50 cash deposit.). We returned at 6:00pm and were told our room was ready. We went upstairs to room 335, opened the door and saw trash and towels on the desk and floor. We didn’t even go in, just took a photo, closed the door and requested our money back (it may take 30 days to get that back.) The maintenance guy looked at the photo and ran upstairs to clean the room and came back a few minutes later saying it was clean. My husband asked if he’d changed the sheets and he asked if we wanted that done too. We got our deposit back and made a reservation elsewhere.
