Great Business Stay Hotel

Very clean and great furnishings. The location is nice. I had a suite so lots of room to spread out and work comfortably. There is construction on the main road but nothing that impairs getting in and out of the hotel.
Don’t stay here if you run into an issues

When we got to the hotel it was very beautiful all the renovations they did was really nice unfortunately all my information that was taken down was incorrect. They ended up extending my stay which they failed to notify me and we weren’t able to stay another day because we made accommodations since they said they didn’t have room so that was the first indication of something might not go well. We got to our room and we went to take a shower and it wasn’t working right. So the next morning we told the hotel about it went on to go visit my family and we got back they failed to tell us that they moved us to a different room. It was about 930 at night and we moved down to the new room and it smelt like sewer was coming up the pipes. I had a terrible migraine going on so there’s no way I could sleep in this room and the shower didn’t work in the other room. Unfortunately we had both sets of keys and The lady upfront told us we would get charge for both rooms and there was no manager in the hotel so he couldn’t talk to us. We ended up having to call corporate to handle a situation because we thought it was being handled unfairly. We didn’t know that we had one set of the keys so we ended up giving that back (no one came yo get them even though they said they would charge us) and staying in the room without a working shower but I was worried that we were going to get charged for two rooms. The next day we still don’t have much of a resolution and so I ended up calling the manager to see what was going to happen. They both said that the room didn’t smell which was not what we experienced and they ended up only giving us a slight discount because they didn’t seems like they believe us about the smell. The manager also informed us to give us this other room they had to move a customer out of their room and into another hotel so that was a charge on their expense. But how is that our fault that they had a faulty shower and that they put us in a room that smelled I don’t think that has anything to do with us and that’s something on them and if they don’t need to give that as an excuse to a customer. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn or at least this one due to the customer service and the quality of our stay.

We made it a point to call in advance to ensure our emotional support animal could come with us on our trip in lieu of making other arrangements, and we were told by hotel staff that our animal would be permitted on the property. However, I was asked to leave once I arrived and hotel staff saw my dog. The staff member called my phone and told me I could not stay at the hotel and would not view the paperwork for my dog. She informed me that emotional support animals are not permitted on the property even though we had confirmed we could bring the animal on the trip days prior to our stay. I did not fight it while at the property because I was told I could call Hampton to have a refund issued. However, when I contacted the company, they refused to even consider issuing a refund because of a no-cancelation policy… even though I did not cancel my room, nor did I do anything I was not told I could do by staff members. I am extremely dissatisfied with the disservice the management of this hotel did me.

The rooms were beautiful. Food was delicious. Staff were wonderful! Upbeat and fun. We were there for a group outing with motorcycles and they were able to get us into our rooms early. All staff had smiles and a lot of energy, great stay.

Hotel looks to be remodeled. Everything was clean and new and in working order. We felt safe in the area too. Cleanliness was great. Our one and only comment was that our bed seemed well used. A bit away-backed and when one turned over the whole bed shook. But everything else was exceptional and this will not deter us from coming again. The front desk even called up to our room to make sure we were happy. We’ve NEVER had this at any other hotel. Kudos to the staff for that special touch!!!! We had an excellent visit. Thank you.
