Best penthouse services. Clean, neat, beautiful view from the top. We enjoyed the food and peaceful environment, we had a tour in all the rooms and yes their suites are amazing. Access is by card and specific floor you are spending, no way you can access other rooms. The pent house 🥰🥰🥰 anyone wishing to should try it. Our hostess was just too kind. My tranquil place in the city
A breath of fresh air!
I landed on this BW at a late hour - literally an hour before curfew - after a huge disappointment where we had booked, a soaked and drenched experience from the airport and no time to look elsewhere...Plus, I had an early morning drive to Karen the next day. - The front desk manager was right at the door - walked us to the front and his sense of urgency and empathy was exactly what we needed. Ayub Gachere checked us in and in minutes we were in the room - First thing I noticed : Clean crisp white beddings ( if you know me, this is critical) , clean, clean clean bathrooms with proper lighting and all the little details intact. - I work in hospitality and I rarely write reviews, however this one time , I am compelled to give credit where its due especially during these most difficult times for all tourism & hospitality. Our stay required unusual requests, and each one was met with an attitude of “can do” and “ let me work on that” - all this with a team of 16 or 20 staff members. It is my hope that the leadership at Best Western Plus Westlands, will recognize and acknowledge the efforts of their frontline and back of the house teams. I personally will be back on every visit. Kudos to front office team : Ayub Gacheru, Faith, Milly - and F&B. - John, Emmanuel and Emmanuel #2 :) , Cynthia in housekeeping, Austin in Laundry... And of course the chef who went above and beyond to accommodate our odd eating hours.... You were all outstanding!! Asante!
Best experience & Value of money
I loved my stay in Best Western Plus Westlands. My first stay was early 2020 I fell in love with interior design,spacious room Nd top notch cleaned room Their staff are very warm Nd lovely. During my second stay Mr Amit Dhanda the Operation Manager help me with my booking.The room was spacious Nd with nice view. Their food was amazing specially the breakfast. Thank you Mr Amit Nd the whole staff of Best Western Plus Westland💜🤗🤗🤗 Hope to be back soon❤️👍
Great Hotel with Great people
The hotel is very neat, clean and has great food! Most importantly it has great customer care, where the staff do not hesitate to help you with whatever problem may arise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nairobi as it's in a very convenient location and no matter the time or day, the people on site will assist you no mattert big or small!
