Clean and basic
Room that I reserved wasn't available, but we took another for a lower price. It was clean and had everything we needed. Kind of a weird location as it was far to walk to anything, but staff pointed me in the right direction when I needed it. Loud over the weekend, but just go in knowing it's a popular club...you can participate in the fun or bring your earplugs!
Nice staff & Good breakfast
This place felt a bit far from everything but overall it was clean and gave us what we needed. The vibe at the K1 Clubhouse was cool, definitely good for meeting people and partying. If you are bothered by noise when you sleep this is not the place for you. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast that’s included was delicious!
Horrible in everyway
Please don't go.. this place is loud and not kept upto standard anymore. Pool tables worn out and the waiters will just give you service if you approach the manager and complaint. Everything about this place is terrible.
Good value and location
I stayed at Parkland shade Hotel for 8 nights The place is close to the airport and affordable prices. Unfortunately , the accommodation (Std room) I choice had a very uncomfortable and a small bed. The room service was very slow and they limited complimentary breakfast options. However, the Staff treated so well that I felt a home All the workers were very pleasant toward me The music all night long did not bother me. I would stay here again, but next time I would get a deluxe or superior room.
Loud, poor service........!
I stayed at the shade hotel for a little over a week. The service was inconsistent and poor if you appeared to be a local person, there were times I was ignored and had to order food for myself in the kitchen; some staff lacked professional etiquette with poor attitudes. Extremely loud most of the night. Wi-Fi fluctuated while I as there and couldn't always receive a consistent signal. I had to leave premature for another hotel due to the service. I hope equal customer service for all will be incorporated in the annual training and better quality control that maintains the highest standards. Thank you.
