Decent Hotel, nice food although very noisy

I have stayed at Eastmark a few times in Nakuru, check in is relatively smooth I would rather pay for my stay on check out rather than on check in as I wanted one bill, would have spent more by going to the bar but clearly an issue on guests settling on arrival. Room is really nice and spacious with a comfortable bed and it is clean. The restaurant serves good food when I went in I was the only one there and the waiter forgot about my French onion soup starter, don't ask me why. The breakfast was ok sausages a bit burnt or overdone but by and large ok. This hotel is noisy internally due to the construction you can hear literally every corridor movement, so bring ear plugs! All in all this is a nice budget hotel and I would keep coming to stay

Stayed at eastmark hotel . Beautiful staff beautiful hotel . Everything about the hotel was lovely and top class . Woke up to noise from the side street and nakuru was busy that morning including a sally ann band marching up and down the street. But it is a wonderful hotel.

Amidst all the hustle & bustle outside Eastmark is calm, very clean, with quality service staff, good breakfast & strong WiFi. There is free parking. Lots of bodaboda riders outside. The hotel is well situated.

My family always stays in this hotel when we attend school visiting days in St. Andrews Turi. The facilities are great, the staff are very friendly and the location is just right. The hot breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties to choose from. The rooms are very clean with very new linen and comfortable beds. I would recommend it for a family that needs a comfortable place to stay in when in Nakuru, Kenya.

It is a pretty new hotel but needs to improve a lot. The food is of low quality - one time it was too salty then when asked to replace they brought cold food. The rooms are okay but can get noisy especially being near busy street. The breakfast had little choices and no brewed coffee! Only good thing was the friendly staff
