We stayed here one night on 18th of June when temperatures were high. Our room was 413, 4th floor, facing south towatds the office building in which the reception is located. On booking-sites and their own, the hotel states that the rooms have airconditioning. It is however an often used in-room circulation system above the entry, with also an active vent from outside for (in our case hot) fresh air. Result was a constant 27 degrees, regardless of what we did with the controls and following the suggestion from reception to put a towel on the vent (making air quality even worse). So we will avoid this hotel when high or low temperatures are expected, also since the air was very stale in the room. Staff was kind and honest, breakfast OK, parking good and location excellent

Good things ; Location was within easy walking distance of the town centre. There was a small supermarket less than a minute away. Covid-19 arrangements. For a continental breakfast - it was very good. The Staff were alert & helpful. -------------------- Bad things : I have had more comfortable beds, There was no UK TV (2 x american finance channels).

Conveniently located - just a short 5-10 minute walk to Place Stanislas and the nearby park (both lovely). Friendly and helpful hotel staff, nice room with all facilities needed for tea-making and for self-catering visitors. Would have benefited from some tea/sugar/coffee milk offered in the room upon arrival. Great value for money despite this, as it is near to the main areas of interest. Would recommend if looking for a comfortable stay in Nancy and would definitely consider booking again if I visit Nancy again!

We stayed 2 nights in this new aparthotel. no keys provided, only access codes. Staff not there past 10 PM. The location is centrally located, quiet. You can easily walk to the city center and the Place de Stanislaus in 5 mins. Hotel parking expensive, but no one the street parking available. Everything is new and perfectly clean, but rooms was fairly basic. It has free wifi, but limited English channels on TV. but was exactly what we were looking for for a comfortable and affordable short stay.

I've spent a month at this aparthotel and I loved it. The room is spacious, equipped with every basic thing you need. The staffs are warm and welcoming and helpful with whatever you need there. The location is great, tram just across the road, got convenient store the same block, Asia store in front. Near to the city, walkable to Place Stanislas and park behind it. I have no complain about their WIFI when I'm there. Basically, I had a good stay there and I miss Nancy and the hotel already.
