Large rooms with a great location. Parking was easy and free in the connected garage, although be careful when navigating the garage- cars drive quickly through. Riverwalk is a fun area with many good restaurants.
Great view! Great staff!

Wonderful Hotel Indigo in Naperville, IL. After a lonnnng flight, I was greeted by the front desk representative Kelly Nielsen who was attentive and helpful (getting over jet lag for me is not always an easy fix even to do basic things). She is extremely patient and kind. Helped me with Wifi, made great suggestions for local dining and was overall super nice! Highly recommend this hotel.
Best Hotel in This Area

This is our 5th or 6th stay here, and we keep coming back for a ton of reasons. James and Nathalia made us feel welcome and no details were missed on this visit. Great room, awesome coffee, and a wonderful vibe to get us ready for Christmas! Santo Cielo restaurant on the 5th floor is another excellent amenity…plus you never leave the hotel if it’s cold. We’ll be coming back to this Indigo in January!
Nice upgrade to work trip

I chose this hotel for location and amenities on a recent business trip. Not disappointed. The site is great, the nearby restaurants are lovely, and the shopping nearby is easy walking distance. No bathtub, no microwave. Other than that, met every need and “nice to have” on my list. I recommend the nearby sushi and Mexican restaurants.
Not worth the money

My wife and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Hotel Indigo in Naperville on Sunday 5th September. We had decided on Hotel Indigo because of its location to the Naperville Riverwalk area and specifically requested the Riverwalk view We were greeted promptly and professionally and directed towards our room (L322). And that’s when things started going down. Hotel – you need major signage improvements. There is no indication that there are 2 towers or that they have identical room numbers. On 3rd floor, theres a sign that the ice machine is at the end of the hallway however the end of the hallway is a T intersection with no signage on which direction to go. Room - The room seemed clean and neat but in person the finishes do not match the photos on the website. The flooring feels cheap and the lighting is distracting, and then we went to check out the view. On the other side of the River was a music festival. Now, normally I wouldn’t completely judge the hotel because of this but management knew about the festival. When I called the front desk to complain, I was told that the only rooms available were on the same side. If I checked out it would have still cost me $150. That music did not finish until after 10pm and sound check started at 10am the next morning. We could not get peace or relaxation in our room. There should have been a warning on the website prior to booking. We weren’t offered anything for our inconvenience and I know I wasn’t alone because the people checking out in front of us had the exact same complaint. If we had booked a balcony room, the balcony would have been completely pointless. Bathroom – there was mildew around the shower, a contact lens stuck to the side of the bathroom vanity and only 2 bath towels to share. Breakfast – or lack thereof. You have 2 restaurants on premises but nothing served for breakfast. I was told the breakfast options are the “grocery” items in the marketplace or the coffee shop downstairs. Well the grocery items consisted of deli meat and muffins and the coffee shop wasn’t much better with a line out of the door. Why not recommend Egg Harbor Café across the river? Google did and it was a success. I understand that Covid has caused issues but ive stayed at “cheaper” hotels in the last 12 months who were able to provide a breakfast option For a hotel who present them as a higher end hotel (and charge for it) you have failed across the board. We paid $15 amenity fee , yet you didn’t provide any amenities. I am a proponent of you get what you pay for. I paid almost $300 for a basic room. Frankly, I feel taken advantage of, and my time and money would have been spent better at a number of different hotels in the Naperville area.
