The hallway carpeting was atrociously filthy as were common area surfaces. Room television didn't work, Throughout the night rap music belted from car stereos as ultra-short staying guests came and left soon thereafter (if you get my gist). Painted surfaces looked like they had been painted with a rake. Unfinished drywall patching in the lobby and breakfast areas. Breakfast tables hadn't been cleaned and chair legs and seats are shabby. It seems every time I turned around I had to renew the WIfi lease. Trash bin outside the main entrance was peaked to overflowing. Pay a little more and forget about staying in this joint.

We found this motel very over-rated at 4 stares. 2 stars is about right. Dirty motel, especially the carpet which is in dire need of replacement. Sheets kept coming off and looked like they had not been changed. Elevator was broke. Breakfast forks we sticking straight up for everyone's hands to be on, and not wrapped. Hair conditioner had a bottle that you could squeeze conditioner out of. Even though we asked twice the checking attendant did not put our Choice Motels number in so we could earn points and the manager upon checkout refused to do so---this is a ploy to save them money. Overall a bad experience here!

We were very happy with this Sleep Inn. Check in was quick and the help were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable. The place was in a nice location and very reasonable. Everything was nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome hotel. Couldn't ask for better. Raymon, the General Manager, a really helpful, sincere man. Paul and Carol also very pleasant. The service is superb. If I didn't just get downsized we would fly back and say here this year. BEST HOTEL IN CHICAGO AREA AND CLOSE TO THE OUTLET SHOPPING.

We stayed at Sleep Inn Naperville while attending a weekend conference. Our room was a small handicap queen. It was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was hot and fresh. I can see updates are being made in the facility. This location is a Designed to Dream Property so I would highly recommend a few updates to make guest stays even better…replace thin towels with thicker, better towels; consider transitioning to larger TV’s; install mini-fridges that include a small freezer; upgrade to better sheets; and maintain small repairs.
