1) WiFi speed 28mbs/ Sec in room. Good enough for phone but not computer. 2) hotel is in industrial area. On the 600 meter walk from gianturco metro station I saw Chinese grocery store, Italian hookers, stray dogs, homeless Italian alcoholics, African dumpster divers, overfilled trash cans. 3) similar hotels cost 35 to 40$/ night next to train station. 4) breakfast was fine. No Restarants nearby at night. 5) no fitness center and no shuttle.
Misleading and disappointing

The hotel is clean and fairly basic, rooms are cleaned with bed linen and towels changed daily. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7 and 10 each morning, it’s closed all day, you can get neither lunch or dinner. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, and you are not permitted to take food or drinks to the rooms but there are no facilities in the hotel either. The hotel WiFi, described as high speed, is worse than useless, it’s slow and it drops in and out constantly. Photos of people having drinks on the terrace are misleading, there is nowhere to buy the drinks and you’re not permitted to take them into the hotel anyway. There is a small cafeteria just outside the hotel but that closes at 5 and doesn’t open at the weekend. You can go across the road to the hotel Magris, where the coffee was undrinkable, and the restaurant menu was very limited and expensive with very small portions and snotty waiters. The hotel is in the middle of a busy industrial estate, the area is filthy with piles of rubbish, dogs mess everywhere, homeless people sleeping under railway bridges and the area smells like a sewer. There is one other restaurant and a few small cafes, however the restaurant only had one page of its menu available and the cafes cater mostly for local workers and all close at 5.30. The metro station isn’t too far, but you have to negotiate through a large group of people queuing outside the benefits office and another large group of people at the immigration office. The shuttle bus doesn’t run during the day, it leaves the hotel at 8, 9, 10 and 11pm, returning from Naples at 8.30, 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30pm, it doesn’t run on Sundays. It can be a hair raising ride as the driver appears not to be able to see clearly. All in all what you get is a room and breakfast. If you come back to the hotel in the evening there are no facilities available whatsoever, no cafe, no bar, no restaurant, you can’t even make coffee in your room. Book at your peril.

The location is a bit distant from the city center, but the metro station is very close - just a few minutes of walk. The hotel also offers secure free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they spoke excellent English. The room was nice, beautiful, and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. Wi-fi worked smoothly. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices, the staff was friendly.

Booked via wowcher only £130 each for 3 nights inc flights and breakfast. Got a family room so lots of space. Comfortable room though couldnt work out air con so was slightly hot. Ok breakfast as lacked salad items and hot food went cold quick. Lovely reception with good advice. only 10mins from the metro or 20mins from the main rail station.
Good value for money in Naples

Good value for money in Naples. The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist atractions. But as we were with a car, the parking was a plus. The rooms were OK and the breakfast had good options. The van that take the guests to the center in the evenings in an upside.
