Some Good, Some Not
The hotel was in a convenient location, just off I75, for the places I was visiting. Lots of parking, restaurants nearby, easy access to everywhere I wanted to go. The room was nicely updated with granite counters, large HDTV, and work station. I did have some issues with not all charging stations working, and loss of internet on day of check out. Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pool, but very busy with unattended children, so did not use. Nicely equipped fitness center. No breakfast due to COVID limitations. Good price. The downside was, I never felt secure here. The deadbolt didn’t work. There was a gap between the door frame and door that you could see light through. Lots of large families, children running in the halls, doors banging, people coming and going throughout the night, talking in the hallway at 3am. It was really unnerving for a solo business traveller to be placed next to 3 large families with lots of children, running between the rooms at all time of day and night, doors banging and voices in the hall at 3am. What is anyone doing at that time of night?
Was okay
We weren’t told ahead of time that they weren’t doing breakfast or house keeping, it didn’t say on the website they weren’t going to. Or even make little per packed bags of food. That’s fine about breakfast, there’s a few restaurants right nearby. It’s a pet friendly hotel, which was nice. Our room hadn’t really been cleaned before our stay, we could tell because we found a minion toy on the lamp. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work and the room phone didn’t work. The pillows were very thin and hurt our necks. My brother’s room had bugs in it. The WiFi like to cut in and out and have you reconnect whenever you did anything.
Good location and pet friendly
Very nice hotel that appeared to be clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and the pool was clean with adequate furniture in the area. We felt very safe with controlled access to exterior doors. Nice hotel that accommodated our fur baby with clean up stations outside and plenty of space to walk our dog.

There is no reason to stay here. Rooms are unkept and foul. Housekeeping is an apparently occasional thing. How long must it take for this amount of standing dust to accumulate without being cleaned away? Breakfast is unappealing, crowded, loud. Nighttime lobby traffic. Front desk pleasant and courteous but without vision or direction to right this mistake. Not again.
Great hotel
We came here for a 1 night stop on our trip, and liked it! The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is huge and very comfortable. the rooms have a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, very good TV ... The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but all in all - very good hotel!
