Nice resort

It is a little bit way out of the center, but really worthes it and is not far from metro station. Very welcoming and attentive team, food is good and there are really nice garden and pool. I recommend this place to you if you come to visit Naples. It also looks to fit families fine.

All round excellent

We stayed here for four days as a family of 4 including 2 kids. All the staff were excellent and very friendly from the garderner, wait staff to the reception staff. The food was good and reasonably priced. A well maintained pool and garden added to our stay. Good pizzarea located at the main entrance was ideal for the kids lunch.

Our experience at this hotel has been a lovely encounter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is in a nice setting. The reason for the 4 stars is the area which is a bit far from Napoli centrale and other restaurants/ attractions. We can differently recommend this hotel if you don’t mind walking of talking the train (3 euros)/taxi (25 euros) or you just want to relax at the hotel. We were here under the COVID-19 era so there weren’t a lot of people at this time, so of course this have an impact on the review. Kind regards a danish couple.

An excellent hotel

The staff is very nice, we were allowed to check in 2h before. The room was cosy and 20sec away from the swimming pool. The food was really good. The surrounding of the hotel is amazing. All in all very good hotel, we would come back again. The only negative point was that the ham and cheese for breakfast could be of higher quality, but the croissants were good.

Misleading and Dirty

We travelled to this Hotel from Rome and made strenuous efforts to make our booking. Eventually we booked on-line despite an earlier exchange of emails. When we arrived we discovered that we had to cancel our online booking in order to benefit from the Discount offer. Unfortunately we were then told that there was no wifi at thee Hotel and it had not been working for 5 days. This act of 'concealment' was naughty as we work and need wifi to communicate with staff and suppliers. We also spent €30 on a taxi to stay at a Hotel we would not otherwise have stayed at. The Hotel's explanation was that they hoped to 'fix' the problem. The rooms were smelly, the patio attached to the 'upgraded rooms' were filthy and the breakfast was really really poor. It took 6 attempts to get a caffe latte and the food was awful. The boiled eggs did not arrive at all - instead a plate of cold scrambled eggs, greasy bacon and chopped up frankfurters. The toast was dry bread which required 23 minutes to turn into toast as the machine was "not working properly". The Pool was very good and very clean. The Hotel was a 'pretend' 4 star - really a good 2 star, maybe a 3 star.
