Excellent service. The porter helped us with our luggage to the train station which was opposite the hotel! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The underground is steps away too. Bus Station was close by too. The bullet trains to Rome and Florence are excellent from the station!

Quality and Convenience for good value

On perhaps the busiest corner in Naples (and most convenient!) this hotel was an oasis from the chaotic city just outside. Rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. You literally can not beat the convenience as all tour buses and trains (local / and throughout Italy are literally steps away. For someone that likes to see as much as possible ina short time this convenience allowed me the flexibility to do more things.

Terrible experince. Ar condition doesn’t work. The shower (cold water) doesn’t work too and the room smell really bad. The hotel is old and the employies are not concerned in fix the problems. We are a really bad experince. We not recomend this hotel.

Excellent service and even better location. Super comfy beds, and everything you need like hot water, good wifi and a safe for storing your belongings. Only a few steps from Garibaldi Station which very useful if you’re visiting other parts of the country by train. Breakfast was amazing, the quality was top notch, easily the highlight of our stay! Will definitely come back whenever we return to Naples!

our room was insanely big! the location is good in relation to the central railway station, but poor compared to the city's experiences. The lobby is really pretty, which we appreciated. the hotel rooms do not match the hotel lobby - they are of a lower standard. We left our luggage at the hotel before check-in and the luggage was stored securely. On the more negative side, the reception staff were unfriendly. You are not met with a smile once. The ladies at the counter are perceived as emotionless and angry. It's nice to feel wanted, especially when it's a more expensive hotel. the breakfast was quite ok. no special remarks.
