Lazy staff=going out of their way but only to wake us up without us asking for a wake up call
Reviewed 18 march, 2023
Worst experience ever. Housekeeping is too lazy to use their master key card to rooms so they use the obnoxious door stoppers to let the door slam and wake everyone up in an annoying and abrupt fashion. I’d never stay here again, even if you paid me to.

Great Service and Location

Just minutes to downtown and thus very convenient location to all things Nashville. Very welcoming, attentive and pleasant staff that really makes a great first impression. Bright and clean rooms; a great place to stay when in town.

Quick stop for business meeting.

Was in town overnight for a business meeting. Had some spare time so was able to take advantage of the hotels amenities. Good and hot coffee seemed to always be available, enjoyed a couple of cocktails on the roof w/ some great views, quick workout in the fitness room. Has just the right amount of equipment. Great nights sleep even w/ a raging thunderstorm. Rooms and bed are very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants. Wrapped it up w/ a nice breakfast. Plenty of parking on site.

10/10 friendliest staff.

First of all, literally every staff member is SO nice. I feel like I was immediately greeted by old friends, like I’d known everyone. So kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. The bar is awesome, Jacob was my bartender one night, and Ilya was the next night. Both were super nice and excellent mixologists. Dion, he ran the Valet, and even though I didn’t have a car or anything, he was still super friendly and welcomed me back with a friendly greeting. Saw him eating dinner at the bar and he remembered me from the night before. The front desk is lovely, I checked in with a woman whose name I cannot remember (it started with an S) , and even though it was late she was still very kind and generous. Your staff here is really great, and I’m glad my boss booked me here for my business visit. Hope to come back next time.

Great location, dated rooms
Reviewed 23 january, 2023
We stayed here for a weekend to see a show. The hotel is just up the road from the Gulch area of Nashville, so plenty of food/shopping/entertainment. The hotel is obviously undergoing renovations, with construction debris (mattresses, bed frames, etc) visible in many places. Our room ( 204) was serviceable enough, decent beds, safe, coffeemaker, but all of the furnishings were dated. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and a few other minor cosmetic issues, were not expected at this price point. Above average complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Not recommended until they finish the renovations
